If she hadn't been sure before, she was positive now - Iris had no idea that the leader of the X-Men had the mental stability of Azula. "Pietro, babe, how's she know our safe word?" Guin quipped, hoping to keep the atmosphere light and not murder-y. She really didn't want to have to go and intervene between Mary and Iris, especially not when the spider convention was in town. Guin tensed up as Iris then went to try and comfort Lance. Between Mary's mental illness and Lance's baby Hulk powers, Iris was basically begging to be turned into a pancake. "Noooooo idea Guina," Pietro responded with a bit of a laugh. If it hadn't been for something going on with Pietro's powers, Guin would have asked if he could phase his way on through the spider-men to get the dice. She then mentally kicked herself. She was the one with actual armor on. And unless she had made some huge mistake, none of the openings in the suit were large enough for those beasts to get on in. She was the best equipped person on the team to go retrieve things. Before she could relish in feeling useful for once, though, one of the newbies of the team, Edus Penis as Guin called him, did a sweet magic trick and got the dice. "Birds, scorpions, lizards, people, the Green Goblin... Any of those'll do. But to be honest, I think the natural enemy of spiders is a wad of toilet paper or a shoe.... Or apparently baby Hulk's!" That gave her an idea though. They were in the Danger Room, home of horrifying death traps usually overseen by Wolverine. "F.R.I.D.A.Y., get me in," she instructed her A.I. "Something's blocking me out, boss," F.R.I.D.A.Y.'s voice chirped in Guin's ear. Guin frowned. She thought quickly, before devising a strategy. "Alright, try again, this time I want you to try this," she said, before launching into a technical explanation. F.R.I.D.A.Y. implemented Guin's commands, only to be hit with a dead end once again. The system was designed to be impervious to hacking and knowing their luck, the Danger Room's A.I. was also blocking them out. "You should change tactics," F.R.I.D.A.Y. advised. "No one asked you," Guin muttered. She did listen though to her A.I., activating her lasers and blasting as many spiders as she could. She killed twenty of them with ease. "I'd like to change my answer - lasers are the natural enemy of spiders."

Neil Spellman

Location: the Danger Room Skills: Telekinetic Combat
Neil's heart was pounding furiously, as his worst nightmare was in front of him - a 300+ pound green rage monster. He didn't want to be anywhere near Lance, he wanted to not even have to share a planet with him, all because of his fear. The Hulk was an Avenger the same way that a mindless bear could be a part of an elite military group. It was all fun and games until someone lost their head. Even Chewbacca in Star Wars at least was sentient and aware of his actions - the Hulk was just pure rage. Neil shifted away from Lance intentionally, trying to put more distance between him and his forced partner. The spiders were a never ending tide. Bethany got a few people on out of there and his heart clenched with anger again, knowing that Carolina was still trapped inside of the game and they weren't any bit closer to getting her out of there. Elizabeth was in there as well, probably scared half to death. He had to imagine that the Jungle in Loki's game was a death sentence. The fear and anger was twisting around inside of him like snakes and it fueled his powers, as Neil made a ripping motion with his hands, executing spider after spider until he had killed fifteen in all.
Runa was seated cross legged by a small fire, the skin of some slain animal out in front of her. She had a small pouch to her side and she reached in, concentrating for a moment before plucking out three runes, placing them down on the skin from left to right. "þurisaz, raidō, wunjō," she whispered. They symbolized the past, the present, and the future. She smiled ever so slightly to herself, seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. And as if cued, she heard her cousin returning. "Klara, great tidings, the Norns have blessed us. Come, look and see," she urged her, gesturing at the runes.
