[@Polyphemus] New to the site, but I find this idea FASCINATING. I was tossing around the idea of a single mom who was born into the business. She fell in love and decided to "get out", but the man she was with crossed her too many times. Now she's "divorced" and back to her old ways. 

I will probably be tweaking that general idea while I work on a character sheet, but I would love to know if you would like that direction or think I should go somewhere else.
