An old man with a soft heart, Joseph has only one goal in life, to save as many people as he can before his body finally gives up on him. He has no self preservation instinct, only using the standard issue ballistic shields out of a necessity to stay alive long enough to save people. His arts allow him to heal others at the cost of his own vitality, and this is an ability that he uses to a concerning degree. He loves children, and has shown capable of caring for and protecting children in most any situation, from the casual to that of a battlefield.

[hider=Archive File 1] There have been numerous accounts of Medivac operating within and without multiple organizations, some of these are now considered to be terrorist groups. He has declined to comment on much of this on the grounds that [i]"Protecting people can mean more than just doing so physically."[/i] [/hider]

[hider=Archive File 2] Medivac has an unknown amount of combat experience, though it is speculated based off incomplete records that at some point in his early life he was a Combat Medic in the military, and a surgeon in a children's hospital after his retirement. He has many stories from both periods of his life, confirming much of what was speculated. [/hider]

[hider=Archive File 3] Medivac was found injured in the aftermath of a battle following his ignoring a superior officer's orders and entering a collapsing building. He was later able to be dug out alongside a mother and her child. Despite the horrifying events, both civilians were surprisingly calm. It is suggested that Medivac be placed into duty situations involving unavoidable contact with civilians.  [/hider]
