I'm afraid you math is off. When you combine bonuses, it looks like this... 

x + 1x + 0.5x 
OR in this case
33 + (1 x 33) + (0.5 x 33) = [b]85.5[/b]

The confusion is this...

x + 1x = 2x
AND
x + 0.5x = 1.5x

So, my apologies, but your speed only goes up to [b]85.5[/b].
But hey, at least that means less exhaustion too.
