Crossing that threshold is easy for certain people who have a specific trait or proclivity, but sometimes it's not something a person does on their own. Sometimes they're pushed across it and when they get to the other side they discover that magic is real, just not in the way they initially believed. The magic in this world is fueled by the human psyche and people can gain powers reflecting it. There exist many different types of these beings or many forms of magic that one can get, but they are under one collective term: the Extra-Normal. The world of the Extra-Normal is the gateway to infinite possibilities, stories, and adventures, as it follows these people as they navigate this strange world. Realizing that "right" and "wrong", "good" and "evil", "correct" and "incorrect" are nonexistent concepts.
