Collaboration with [@Damo021] & [@Fallenreaper]

It was late into the night by now, Oriana had not planned to be out of her room this long, but after managing to avoid the crazy lunchtime groupie, she had simply taken to keeping to herself and exploring. No one seemed to trouble her throughout the rest of the day at all, and Oriana was more than okay with that. The teen was still in two minds to actually remain here and thought of jumping back in the SUV she came down in was tempting…. But she made a promise. She since made her way back to her dorm room, other than the danger room, the next exciting thing that happened this morning was kicking out some blond chick that thought she would replace some other student and started laying down house rules. It made a sly grin reappear on her lips for a moment, it felt so good kicking her ass out when she dropped the new she was replacing her. Yes the morning was entertaining, for now though she made her way into her room, closing the door behind her and locking it, Oriana leaned against the door and let out a sigh or relief. Ronnie's ears barely registered the click of the door locking. Her eyes broke contact from her laptop and darted to the entrance. She frowned when she spotted the white-haired and black lip girl from the danger room. An eyebrow arched in question until she broke the silence. "Are you lost?" The younger girl leaned back on her bed, her head cocked to one side. Spread across her bed was an orderly mess filled with books, papers, and more. It appeared she was studying or catching up on her new school work expectations. And there goes the silence, Oriana had forgotten she would still have a roommate, despite kicking the last one out after she attempted to enforce some sort house rules for the room, That blondie utterly failed in her task. However the voice was one she heard earlier on in the day. Looking over at where the voice had come from. “Huh, so they put me with you, should be interesting.” Oriana pushed herself off the door she was leaning on and made her way over to her side of the room, placing her cell on her bedside cabinet and taking of her jacket, she had once more looked over at her new room mate and her orderly mess, the one she noted made a point in the danger room, if she remembered correctly Veronica was her name. “So it appears the powers that be have put us as roommates, I hope you won’t be as stuck up as blondie was before I kicked her out.” Ronnie listened to the explanation. Her figure leaned up and her hand pushed her curls from her face. It wasn't the answer she desired, but she didn't expect to get much. Not after the whole circus in the danger room. "I'm still debating if that's a good thing or not. While I did not like the last one, I'm undecided on you." She didn't see a reason to beat around the bush. As abrasive as she could be, her point was straight and undeniable. At this point, Ronnie didn’t like the tone the girl had. Oriana listened to the girl’s response, it was a little of what she expected but at least she wasn’t making ridiculous rules for the room yet. Resorting to leaning against a unit and crossing her arms the mutant couldn’t help but produce a little smile. “Mmm, this one has bite.” she paused for a moment, her smile soon fading. “You're to the point, I can work with that. So I won’t beat around the bush either, I don’t play well with others and you have not given me any reason to be different towards you or trust you but here we are.” "I learned never to beat around the bush." Ronnie started as her eyes returned to the laptop. She typed in a new line into the browser. Protection against Demonic entities It surprised her that the girl took her abrasiveness better than the others. She expected some sort of snobbish or lecture reaction. As shown with Uná, not many could take her defensive wall and bounce back. It meant she had tough skin at least. While the search engine worked on pulling up all possible sources, she continued. "It doesn't benefit anyone and no one can confuse your intentions. Too many people worry about being sensitive and mix messages happen. As for working together..." Ronnie looked Oriana dead in the eyes. "I think we are in the same boat when it comes to trust. At this point, our best option is to set boundaries and stick to them. I have some in mind, but something tells me you kicked Fleur out because of her 'rules'." Oriana’s eyes never left the girl before her, again she made sense with her answers. She had to admit this interaction really didn’t fall down the path she was expecting, surely one of them would have been pinned to a wall or have a royal rumble around the room, but it didn’t happen. But Oriana was secretly impressed, this girl learned not to beat around the bush and speak her mind, at least she would know where she stood with this one, for now. Watching the girl get back to what she was working on, the conversation had brought up Fleur which made her think of the amusing encounter in her mind. “It is unusual to come across someone that thinks the same way, and here I was expecting an action replay of earlier today.” When their eyes locked though, Oriana did not flinch or even move in anyway, her eyes stayed locked with the other girls. “I agree we are in the same boat, whether we like it or not. Your option is acceptable, stick to boundaries that are set…. As for Fleur, I think they were going to move her out to another room, I felt it more efficient to remove her myself, her ‘rules’ were unreasonable.” she smiled.
