I offer 3 characters with no crazy stats like some other posters, but just for starters. As OP you get the choice to accept, use, or dismiss at will. 

1. [b]KNIGHT[/b] A young boy who's mom was burned as a witch (she may or may not have been a witch, I'm leaning towards not). He has a younger sister. They watched the whole thing and were traumatized by it. Their father also was killed as he attempted to protect his wife. The boy grew up an orphans and the boy developed a strong sense of chivalry from taking care of his little sister. The character can build from there, I'd say age him around 13, his sister 3 years younger, and their parents were killed when he was 7 and she was 4. 

2 [b]INQUISITOR[/b] A witch hiding as an inquisitor (i don't mind if you want to play any of these characters, this is for fun not for money lol) There's so much fun to play in this story. It might be unoriginal, but I've never played such a character so it'll be original to me. 
Another Inquisitor character concept would be an old, hateful man who is disfigured and lives in a constant state of pain. He hates witches and blames his disfigurement on his mother, who he suspects was a witch. This old man is Nihilistic in his views, he cares nothing for anything because every day is living torture. He hates women, and he looks at every woman as potentially a witch or working for a witch. His character would be a villain, and his tools would be torture. 

3. [b]WITCH[/b] A young girl who's mother was killed as a witch because the little girl cast a spell and mom took responsibility for it. Again, not an original idea for when playing for fun stock characters can be fun to play.
