Maybe create a Police Task Force involving detectives from the various regions to discuss how to take down this drug trade. The humans are thinking Methamphetamine labs, cocaine, hashish and so forth. The Wesen understand that the Jacine out there is more harmful and are interested in that aspect of the investigation. Diara and Ransom recognize each other, maybe remotely and approach one another after the briefing to renew a friendship they once had at a diner or restaurant. This should eventually lead into them discovering the Wesen relationship. Then they have an adventure chasing after Schakels who are dealing in Jay on the black market or Spice shops in the region.
