He was a little shocked. It definitely seemed like it had been his magic that had snapped Klara out of the spell Loki had her under. That was distressing though. Ed wasn't good enough to beat Loki's magic, not really. That had been entirely too easy and it made him uncomfortable. He didn't particularly want to trust Klara just yet. If she went back under Loki's spell he did not want to be next to her. He plugged his ears quickly as Guin demanded it. A lot had happened while he had been working on is the spell. "Annie are you okay?" He asked after realizing she had been tossed by one of the hippos. Guin had been able to defeat the hippos at least. With those dispatched, and Klara no longer extra stabby (for now) it was timed for the next roll of dice. Ed thought about it and realized it was his and Annie's turn again. "Annie, I'm going to roll." He said and limped over to the board, picking up the dice and rolling them. The pips were two and four on the dice, for a total of six. That wasn't great as Ed and Annie were the last ones to go before Elizabeth and Carolina. Ed didn't know how it would turn out for them. Their turn was next. Was the game doomed now? They'd never be able to finish? Or would it just skip their turn? He searched his memory of the movie and it came up mostly blank he seemed to remember that they got Robin Williams' character out before it would have been his turn again. He leaned over and looked at the glass half-cabochon on the board and read the riddle. Beware the floor on which you stand, the ground is quicker than the sand Ed blinked. He knew this one. He remembered it from the movie very clearly. His hand darted into his pocket and he touched the small shield there. Around him and Annie bubbles of translucent orange snapped. Unfortunately, even with the shields, they were still sinking.
