Name: Letizia
Age: Pretty old. Longer than a human lifespan, for certain.
Gender: Female
Appearance: "All the gothic stuff was too uncomfortable so... I stopped wearing things like that way back before the meteor." Very small.
Personality: A vampire who can't come to a mutual understanding with humanity. Although bearing them no ill will, she cannot understand why they fight so strenuously or what their objections truly are. Still, this makes her amongst the friendliest of her kind, since she thinks humans are necessary companions. That humans don't see themselves as pets needing protection doesn't seem to sink in. It doesn't help that... well, Letizia is pretty dim and guileless, so she's liable to straight up admit it. Whilst being openly affectionate to anyone who catches her eye.
Brief Backstory: A long time ago before the meteor, when vampires matched their traditional nocturnal depiction, there was a young girl, already as pale as any of the bloodsuckers. She was a cute thing but already so sheltered and clueless that it was all too easy for a vampire, one who didn't look suspicious, to befriend and take advantage of her. Still, with someone shunned by polite society, who rarely went out... it was probably the closest relationship she had. In the end, it's entirely unsurprising that a girl so pale inclined towards poor health and then illnesses which, at the time, had no cure. Letizia was entirely useless as a food source. What could save someone in that position is for the vampire that had been using them to take pity on the girl that had shown so much trust and make her into one of them. In the years leading up until the meteor, Letizia's presence and activity within vampire society was quite minor; her personal loyalty was absolute but her political interests non-existent and, never having had much concern for the sun in the first place, at least one of their major limitations meant nothing to her. It was just nice to watch all the neat things that people were creating over the years and shower any human associates with affection. In the years following the collapse, Letizia has played a more active role as part of Legacy, propelled to a position of political importance by her associations and age, but anyone that has spent any length of time in her presence is generally certain she's a follower rather than a leader. Just one with only one loyalty.
Equipment: N/A. Aside from the Ichor Weapon, her personal resources are still more varied and accessible than an individual soldier's but she consistently carries nothing.
Skills: There isn't much Letizia possesses in the way of useful skills... ways to entertain herself? Certainly, if based on things that would nowadays be salvaged immediately for their practical utility. Music? Well, she can sing reasonably well, that's for sure. All that she has going for her, realistically, is being a pretty old vampire. It doesn't matter so much if her fighting is lacking in skill when her ability to keep dodging you is alarming and any hit that is made--with her body or with Scharze Blutketten--can be immediately lethal. Though, so far as vampires go, she seems quite reluctant to use lethal force.
Ichor Weapon: Schwarze Blutketten. In its default form, this appears to be a rather tarnished chain, with spikes at either end, wrapped around one of Letizia's biceps... which obviously means appearing completely unarmed. When she wants to put it to use, the chain will thicken and extend, wrapping around her back and other arm, then out both sleeves. At which point... well, it might stay as two chains, it might split into dozens, all of which have a casual disinterest in acting like weapons to swing and more like variable-length thought-controlled tendrils. There's a slow inverse relationship between the sheer number and length and their physical resilience and the force they can apply, but it's really control that goes away when it gets too many.

Okay yes, this is a bit at the extreme end, it's definitely an enemy demanding a team effort. Sort of a mid season boss deal. Still, this is also a useful comparison because... [@GingerBoi123] Being a sadist jerk aside (as long as he can do teamwork that is, after all, just IC repercussions), that is way too weak for a Crimson Arm or abilities. If one enhanced bullet won't do anything due to missing or whatever, emptying the entire magazine won't. Semi-auto short range stuff like that is not a good match either. It would definitely need some sort of special features beyond firing a full volley once an excursion. [@SilverPaw] Okay, two points... um... one, white hair is going to be oversaturated and someone was working on a kind of background-involved bio in PMs that relied on albinism, and it would be... awkward if that was doubled? Secondly is that any sort of semi-sentient or remotely self aware Crimson Arm would need a way better explanation than "it is". Probably better to talk about details for that in private messages too, but the obvious problem is that if there were "difficulties" with any sort of aware Crimson Arm it would be the same as the initial difficulties mentioned in the first place: devouring the wielder.
