It provided ample cover from rain, as did all of the dens in camp, but it was also very roomy. Some of the rain water would gather just outside, and so he wouldn't have to walk too far if got thirsty during the night. But now that Eelpond spoke, he found that it was darker and chillier than usual. He followed the medicine cat's suit, curling his tail around his paws, but its tip still twitched uncomfortably. "I'm sure it'll be fine," he finally said, albeit a bit nervously. StarClan hadn't talked with medicine cats in moons. The Clans were getting more and more anxious, and there wasn't much they could do. "If they are angry with us, which I doubt, then Tinypaw should be able to speak to them. Like you said, right?" He glanced to the side. Shadestar felt like he was lying not only to himself, but to Eelpond as well. That was the thing that had hurt him the most. He hoped Eelpond wouldn't catch it. With a short, brief sigh, he leaned forward and touched his nose to Eelpond's forehead. "Things will be fine. No need to worry about me," he murmured. "Just be careful on your way there."
