I assume you would be playing the role of the barmaid then? Would that be the only role you were playing (as in intending to stick with purely one character) or (depending on the amount of people interested) would you play multiple characters?

Or am I misunderstanding you?
I know you need a GM, but was curious to your own idea as to what you would be playing.
