He took in a deep breath as he looked around.

"That Deltahuman is known as Antonio Riveria, his exact power is presently unknown - but he managed to cause three category eight earthquakes that nearly destroyed Southern California and created the Exclusion Zone. The National Guard and every other humanitarian group is trying their best to comb through the ashes to get a body count on how many people are lost - however, we are not here for that."

Maximilian leaned over the table as he looked down at the map. "It has been discovered that there is an [i]abundance[/i] of Deltahumans, Delta-Crystals, and possibly Chimeras. We all know that disasters increase the chance of Chimeras, but there haven't been any reports - yet. What's concerning is that Deltahuman gangs are beginning to group and cause problems - especially with the large number of Deltacrystals that are in the area."
