He'd barely melted into the warm and soft mattress when he heard a knock on the door. He opened his eyes, letting his eyes adjust once more to the dim light of the fire-lit room. He should get up and open the door, be courteous, but he hardly wanted to move. This bed had claimed him. Closing his eyes again, Ruli sighed and forced himself to flex his arms, pushing himself upright. "It's open." He said, as he gazed at the floor and decided he wasn't going to leave the bed to see who it was. Perhaps only a servant to collect the food he hadn't eaten. He'd insist they leave the wine, though, he doubted it would spoil if left here through the night. It wasn't a servant though. "Kire." Ruli said, rising to his feet afterall as she stepped inside and closed the door behind her. He pulled the blanket, a half-assed attempt to make the bed. "Is, uh. Everything okay? Ysaryn isn't st-stealing, is she? I asked her not to."
