This was like his first days here: eating by himself. Benjamin looked at the other tables; some ate alone, some ate in a group. He didn't know these patients well enough to join them. He missed Ray now; they had shared all their meals since he had met her and it had become a habit quickly. Ray would probably eat at the infirmary and Dia was away to get some suitable clothes. Back home he didn't have problems connecting with people and he had tried that the first two days, before meeting Ray. These people, or most of them at least, were mentally ill.
