Premise ⚫ The setting for this RP is quite simple, with the potential to grow. It revolves around a group of individuals working for a Bounty Hunter Agency, and their mission is to hunt down criminals, both small fry and large tycoons, across the galaxy. ⚫ Newly graduated cadets work together to neutralize individual targets, or full organizations, and in turn earn credits that can be spent on all manner of different things, from weaponry to comfort. ⚫ The team is composed of Mutants and Humans on a spaceship where slice-of-life scenes take place, in between action-oriented missions based around various bounty targets. ⚫ You work for the GBA, the Galactic Bounty Agency, and you just graduated from the academy. Setting ⚫ In this world, or rather, these worlds, humans have vastly expanded into a future where they have inhabited other planets across the galaxy. Cities and countries have sprung up on the many planets blanketing this galaxy, and alongside this development, an agency was formed to specifically locate and terminate dangerous individuals wanted for various deadly crimes. ⚫ Humans populate the galaxy in the billions, and while mutants are to some extent common knowledge, they are incredibly scarce. Some less informed individuals claim that mutants are, in fact, aliens. However, in truth, humanity has not come across alien lifeforms, yet.

The Ship ⚫ The hub for this RP is the spaceship where the cast live their daily lives. ⚫ This is where the crew can choose missions, lounge, and generally interact in a safe environment. ⚫ The ship includes sleeping quarters, facilities, workshops, a kitchen and lounging area, as well as the cockpit. The Missions ⚫ This is the bread and butter of the RP, where every player can create their own missions and villains. ⚫ Following this, they can either leave the mission for others to tackle or participate in it themselves. ⚫ The person who created the mission is expected to push the campaign and control the main villain. ⚫ Not everyone needs to participate in a mission. It can be as few as one person or the whole group. ⚫ The galaxy is a big place, and you're welcome to create your own planets associated with missions. ⚫ Missions and villains are created in the Discord Group. GBA ⚫ The GBA, or the Galactic Bounty Agency is an organization specialized at locating and neutralizing dangerous criminals wanted for a list of severe crimes. While the GBA works closely with law enforcement on different planets across the galaxy, they are often considered a 'black ops' unit, and are sometimes seen as executioners due to their assignments. The GBA does not take prisoners, and while they warrant a reputation, it goes hand in hand with fear and respect. ⚫ The Galactic Bounty Agency is stationed on the Earth's moon, where they retain their headquarters and academy. Students as young as ten are accepted into the academy as first-graders and graduate after eight years, where they begin accepting missions to a varying degree. However, the academy is known for being quite flexible and accepts older students based on their merits. Technology ⚫ Futuristic weapons are of course commonplace, and so are other quality of life features. ⚫ Space-travel is performed on a daily basis, but mainly by organizations and the wealthy. ⚫ Medical technology has evolved drastically, and 'stim packs' that heal smaller wounds do exist. ⚫ Lasers, forcefields, plasma, and other sci-fi oriented concepts are present and also commonplace in more economically advanced areas.
⚫ Kinetic Weaponry ◾ Kinetic Weapons include the most common type of firearms, and melee implements. ◾ A Kinetic gun uses physical ammunition, in other words, projectiles such as bullets, missiles, and more. ◾ A Kinetic combat knife utilizes a physical, sharp edge that oftentimes is enhanced by various technological additions, such as electric currents, or vibrations. ◾ Kinetic weapons deal incredibly deadly damage, considering the impact on a human body. ◾ However, Kinetic weapons require more maintenance, and are in need of constant resources, such as ammunition, to be useful.

⚫ Energy Weaponry ◾ A far more modern concept, Energy weapons are incredibly practical, light-weight, and reliable. ◾ An Energy gun does not utilize a magazine, but rather batteries that are easier to carry, and contain far more 'ammunition' than a conventional clip. ◾ Energy weapons can never jam, and changing batteries is far easier for an unskilled marksman in the heat of battle. ◾ However, the downside to Energy weapons is their impact, considering how an energy shot cauterizes wounds instantly, which prevents blood-loss. ◾ As such, Energy weapons tend to require great accuracy to deal critical damage. ◾ Additionally, Energy weapons have no way of getting through reliable force fields, which often forces other options. ◾ Melee Energy weapons such as laser swords are available but can run out of battery, and lack weight, which requires a lot of skill to properly use.

⚫ Shield Technology ◾ Generally, force fields are used against Energy Weapons, and physical shields are used against Kinetic Weapons. ◾ Spaceships are typically armed with heavy-grade Energy Weapons, due to their long journeys and inability to restock ammunition, and as such, always invest in high-end force fields. ◾ Law enforcement and military tend to have mild force fields coating their armor.

⚫ Mutant Technology ◾ Though incredibly rare, some companies who specialize in dealing with the minuscule number of mutants across the galaxy have developed a small list of anti-mutant articles. ◾ Among them are power-suppressing collars, field-generating grenades that dampen and disrupt powers within range, and more. ◾ The GBA owns several mutant-suppressing weapons, in case their own agents go rogue and require a specific approach.

⚫ Medical Technology ◾ Given enough time and resources, almost any ailment can be cured. ◾ Limbs can be regenerated using incredibly expensive equipment, which is generally reserved for the richest people in the galaxy. ◾ Cybernetics are common and sold almost everywhere, but require a skilled doctor to implant, so use a back alley cutter at your own risk. ◾ For combat scenarios, there are various medical tools available for soldiers to keep them going, but this can get addictive, which warrants caution.
Planets ⚫ There are various planets across the galaxy, with all manner of different circumstances surrounding them. Some are peaceful, others retain quite a hostile stance against outsiders, and some are at war with each other. There have been attempts at creating a Galactic Union between the planets, but this has been an increasingly difficult task, where only a few select planets have joined the cause.
⚫ Luxury Planets ◾ A luxury planet tends to be a paradise of economical and technological wealth. ◾ It is where the rich lounge and darker themes are hidden behind the curtains. ◾ Luxury planets often use other plants as a source of income, and revolve around merchants. ◾ These planets very rarely utilize equal treatment among its citizens, but rather your rights are tied to your wealth.

⚫ War Planets ◾ Whether through paranoia or if they're owned by a Luxury planet, these war worlds do one thing, they fight. ◾ War planets are often in conflict with one another, for various reasons, be it political or a game of power and resources.

⚫ Stable Planets ◾ The most common type of world, a planet with good, bad, and anything in between. ◾ Earth is a prime example and is what started it all.

⚫ Waste Planets ◾ If there ever was a complete opposite to the luxury worlds, a waste planet is a sphere of poverty, and oftentimes insanity. ◾ Its inhabitants are known to be hostile, crazed, and in constant conflict over whatever scraps they can come across. ◾ Cannibalism is not uncommon here.

⚫ Company Planets ◾ Usually, incredibly small planets used as a base of constant production, likely by a tycoon living on a luxury world. ◾ A lot of people decide to live on company planets due to guaranteed income and work, as long as you don't mind being a cog in a machine.

Mutants ⚫ Mutants are generally known for two things, their powers and their sometimes supernatural appearances. ⚫ I won’t set up a strict rule on what kind of powers you can have, but be reasonable, and include limits. ⚫ Despite being a futuristic setting, mutants are incredibly scarce and people tend to view them with a level of distrust and discomfort. ⚫ Most people have never even seen a mutant in person, and all information regarding them tends to stem from media and literature. ⚫ Despite the scarcity of mutants, many are drawn to the GBA and as such, often find themselves grouped together. General Character Rules ⚫ In this RP, you can make a Human, or a Mutant. ⚫ Aliens have not yet been discovered, and they cannot be part of the cast. ⚫ You are an Agent of the GBA, or simply known as a Bounty Hunter. ⚫ We’re all rookies and are tackling our first list of missions. ⚫ All characters are 18+, as the minimum age for graduated Bounty Hunters is eighteen. ⚫ Androids do not exist, but robots do, and do not have free will. ⚫ Cybernetic enhancements are a thing, but they are known to tamper with mutant powers, which will weaken your abilities if you are a mutant. RP Rules ⚫ This is an 18+ RP, and will involve darker themes, considering the occupation of our characters. ⚫ Romance and whatnot is of course allowed, and we all know the rules on intimacy on Roleplayer Guild. ⚫ Make as many characters as you think you can handle, as long as you remain active. ⚫ If you’re dissatisfied with your character in hindsight, you can always make a new one.
