Private Message me for character approval before they are placed in the Char section. Fights will be held in the IC section. They will be planned first in the OOC and then executed in the IC. Once the post count for the fight is complete the fight will be reviewed by our Sponsor Moderator for sufficiency and then either a recognized Judge, or panel of Judges will determine the winner. 

Spars and Fights do not count towards tournament wins, but they do count as fights.
If your character dies in a fight you will have to create a new character for approval.
