Hey Dirty Dingo! Welcome!

To answer your question, while I'd prefer more genin, if there enough extra jounin around, I'll be putting together jounin/chuunin missions. I'll usually be a little more critical of jounin profiles and expect them to share a bit in creating plot and what too, so be warned! It's up to you though, but as stated, I'd prefer genin!
