SunClan

Characteristics
Strengths| They are rather skilled at climbing and maneuvering through the treetops, navigating through thick underbrush, and using height advantages to drop on enemies from above. Quick and agile, they are neither the strongest nor the stealthiest, but they shine most when in small groups working together. Weaknesses| In a headlong confrontation, they struggle to gain the advantage, especially when it’s one on one. They are uncomfortable with wide open spaces, feeling uneasy about not having trees or undergrowth.
Camp and Territory
The majority of the territory is covered by a forest consisting of maples, oaks, and elms, with a few willows and birch trees entering the mix near the MarshClan border. To One side of the territory they are backed up against a sheer cliff face, while opposite these stone walls is a river that gives two natural borders. A few spring fed pools are scattered around the territory, providing sources of freshwater. Camp| Near the center of the cliff face, SunClan has converted an open clearing into their camp. laurel and holly bushes have been reinforced with brambles and thorns to create the outer barrier, with a tunnel left clear on One side to create the entrance in and out of camp. Two large maple trees grow within the barrier of bushes, standing to either side of the clearing. A couple of small caves mar The otherwise solid rock cliff, creating sheltered places for dens. The first of the maples is closest to the entrance and is home to the leader. A hollowed out hole buy one of the lower tree branches serves as their den, while the branch above serves as a perch where the leader can call gatherings. The warrior’s den, which is in actuality two separate dens, consists of a pair of bushes just passed the Leader‘s tree. These bushes have been reinforced with bramble tendrils to help keep out rain or snow, while still allowing sunlight to spot through. The ground beneath the bushes has been layered with Moss and ferns, while individual nests have been built on top of this. A fallen log whose center has rotted away serves as the apprentice‘s den. Moss and dried Bracken have been shaped into nests on the inside. The apprentices usually eat their meals near here, next to the stump that is left over from the fallen tree. The second maple tree stands closer to the cliff face and a hollowed out space beneath its roots serves as the medicine den and home of the medicine cat. A small stream runs from the top of the cliff in a waterfall, cutting close to the tree before heading out through a break in the bushes and out into the forest. A thick clump of holly serves as a place where sick or injured cats can stay, while also serving the purpose of being where the medicine cat apprentice can sleep. The two small caves in the cliff wall how’s the nursery and the elder‘s den, the first flanked by bushes and brambles for defense while the latter has several flat rocks to one side of it where the older cats, as well as some of the younger, like to sun themselves on nice days. The insides of the caves have sandy floors, though The nursery‘s has been generously padded with Moss. Herb Clearing| This place is located in the Northern corner of the territory and is usually a great place to gather all kinds of herbs. There are a few logs and branches scattered about the area, patches of growth clustering close to the wood. The cats are usually lucky to be able to still find a few herbs here even in the colder seasons. Moss Rock Clearing| This is a clearing in the middle of the territory where there are scattered rocks that are covered with moss. When the weather is nice out, the cats that have free time like to doze off, eat, and share tongues with one another here. The sun also shines down brightly through the trees making it an even better spot. River Grounds| A relatively large dip in the ground full of soft sand that is beside the River. The apprentice’s come here to train with their mentors for battle practice. There are also many large trees around the dip for climbing practice.
