Bara kept a cautious eye on his surroundings as he stalked into one of the planets ancient, yet not entirely forgotten, shipyards. Sparing the craft both in motion and hanging about for repairs no more than a passing glance, the young Vormetu made his way along the boardwalk in search of the odd spot in the wall that marked the path leading to their hidden port, yet another part of their ancient deal. Upon finding it he stepped forward and, taking one last look to make sure no one was watching, slipped inside. A feat that any other creature might find difficult, but one such as himself found to be a breeze. Especially now that he had finally allowed his psychic disguise to drop. Shuffling his way down the narrow corridor for what seemed like an eternity, Bara finally emerged into a medium-sized chamber, the easternmost portion of which looked out onto a relatively low trafficked byway of the ecumenopolis at large. Its western side, on the other hand, was dominated by the dimly lit form of a Hykri being held aloft by a series of scaffoldings and cables, making it seem as though ship were being held aloft by some unseen force. Sparing the briefest of moments to admire it, Bara slouched forward, worming his way over to the nearest scaffolding where he began his climb.

Upon reaching its apex Bara made his way over to the craft's southeastern access point and slithered inside, the metal sloshing shut behind him as he move deeper into the ship. Arriving at its center he clambered into its configuration with a wheezy sigh. Smiling, if what his body did could even be counted as such, he connected his mind with the consciousness of the ship in a process that could only be described as reuniting with a long lost friend. When the connection was complete, Bara sent out a mental command telling the ship to alter its exterior ever so slightly, causing it to break free from its metallic shackles. Rotating the craft towards the sparsely populated byway, he set off at high speed, skillfully navigating the planets labyrinthian maze of streets for several hours before finally arriving at Kinnis upper atmosphere. Laying on the thrust, Bara took the Hykri up into the cold vacuum of space, course set for the nearest wormhole...
