Well like you said, JYB played Nero, as well as the second MMPR Black Ranger (Mr. 'I'm a Frog')  There is also the guy who played Vergil, Daniel Southworth, who played the Quantum Ranger in Time Force.  And finally, Dante's VA, Reuben Langdon, who mainly played minor roles in Power Rangers, including a tour guide in Time Force.
