Luminara is actually in John's CS. It's that city that his character controls. The 'zealots' that Faustus refers to in that post are Urgun and his order of religious undead.

In describing the origins of some of Faustus' various strange outfits in coming posts, I may do a few 'name it and drop it' references to living realms that could be fleshed out later, but so far I've left that aspect of worldbuilding entirely unexplored because I didn't want to infodump more than I already was in that first post.
