Penny's running very high on adrenaline right now, or she'd be puking up what's left of breakfast. Right now, her main jobs are avoiding getting skewered by the Void's sharp claws, and concentrating enough Nox in her body to charge up for another thunderous fist. It was sort of like building up enough pressure in a potato gun, only each shot had to be pumped strong enough to send a piece of potato through a heavy door. Having to dodge made the charge-up process take longer.

[color=39b54a]"Not sure how long I can keep this thing back - it [i]really[/i] likes the idea of bringing out my inner beauty with its claws."[/color] She'd be a bit more annoyed at Astrelle's tone, except part of her agrees jumping in to fight this thing single-handedly was a bad idea.

Fortunately, she doesn't fight it alone for long.

Of course, she guesses it's not going to be all that easy, but at least Vanna has an idea of how to fight these things, so that takes the edge off Penny's anxiety.

Penny slams a particularly super-charged lightning fist into the beast's face to stun it.
