🔶[b][u]Physical Description[/u][/b]: 
Seraphina was a gorgeous child and to this day remains the kind of person others would assume to be a model. Though for many years she has taken steps not just to deemphasize that attractiveness but also to make their gender less clear. Be it a full on disguise or the lack of makeup and flattering clothes Phi aims for, and usually achieves, an androgynous appearance. Even in a casual setting among allies Phi will probably at least be wearing a black wig, steel grey contacts and a binder under loose clothing. Despite these efforts Phi's slight frame, delicate features, and soft voice often still get her described as cute.

An expert with disguises Phi can take their usual efforts much farther, becoming a completely different person. Whoever they want, or need to be within their height range Phi can both look and play the part, changing speech and body language to match the disguise. To a certain extent Phi can even play at being another race, especially with clever use of Skinshift.

All masks aside Phi is a slender young human female with the tight, lean muscles of a supersoldier hidden under that thin layer of skin and fat. Her hair is a silvery platinum blonde, wavy and never allowed to grow past her shoulders. Her natural eyes are an unusual bright silver, a rare feature from birth and not a result of augmentation. Her lighter skin has become quite pale from the amount of cover she wears and time spent away from natural lighting in space. It would not be hard to imagine her as a fairy or elf from fantasy tales, though Phi strongly desires to distance herself from this perception. Much to her chagrin, however, her natural looks have their uses in the kind of work she does.

🔶[u][b]Short Bio[/b][/u]: 
Not much is known about Phi as she has never spoken of her past and her missions were almost always solo operations. An individual with a notable presence when she did socialize, Phi seemed to be holding back or rather closing off her heart most of the time. Efficient and focused during missions Phi was known for providing tactical support or taking on covert missions that did not require a whole squad.

The one memorable time she was assigned to a unit was during the battle of Proxima Centauri, during the boarding of the Rau've flagship. Contrary to her exemplary service up to that point, she seemed distracted and her sloppy combat performance got her separated from the others. She was captured just the same as the others in the end. Surprisingly when offered freedom Phi showed interest in joining the rebellion, even though she had never expressed discontent.

☀️Sear Bolt (High)- A simple and common attack spell that causes severe burns. Phi's version of this spell bursts into lingering hot liquid that has a high chance to ignite what it hits with normal fire
🌀Warding Barrier (High)- A 1.5 meter curved disk that can protect against a few hits. The shield itself is not very powerful but the spell includes a lingering effect that protects Phi from magic 
🦟Seekers (High)- Appearing as tiny flying insects Phi can 'see' through these and use them as short range scouts. They can also detect nearby magic
👥Skin shift (Change)- A useful spell that may have several minor effects. Mainly it is used to create a disguise if one is not already prepared. Another common use is to create thin scales that offer some protection. It can also heal minor surface damage or camouflage Phi

🌸Exceptional Charisma x3 (+2 from bonus skills)- Phi has an inexplicable charm about her, a strong personality that resonates with others. Regardless of the interaction Phi has an effect on people, and has a natural talent for persuasion or coercion *Currently her natural charm is sometimes marred by internal struggles she has not shared, limiting the effect as people tend to pick up on those insecurities
👁️Covert Operative- With a natural talent solo operations requiring stealth and deception Phi was often used as an infiltrator or saboteur, providing tactical advantages more often than direct combat. With her observation skills and sharp mind Seraphina learned well from these missions and has only expanded her knowledge and skills since then. Now she is well suited to more traditional espionage in addition to those original skills
