Bakuto is a quiet person, often tends to either keep to himself and slow to trust.  Mostly because of what has happened to him.  He doesnt like when people be little him or think less of him because of special situation.  Bakuto always tries his best he isnt a perfectionst but he likes getting things done.

Bakuto was born within the leaf village.  He was originally just and ordinary Uchiha until his fifth birthday when he was kidnapped by a man by the name of Sozen.  The man was a horror story during the shinobi war, whenever someone disappeared from the battlefield he was to blame, but now he took a child from the leaf village's more prominent clans.

The found the laboratory, Sozen fought off multiple squad, but was ultimately defeated once the hokage got there. Sozen during this fight was constantly trying to take the eyes from the Hokage, but failed and was laid out for dead.

Bakuto was found in the laboratory, he was in terrible shape.  His right eye was removed and so was his right arm.  The eye was found, but it was in no shape to be put back.  The eye had the sharingan fully manifested, but it also dissected.

Bakuto was stabilized and brought to the hospital in the leaf village, he had always wanted to be a shinobi prior to this terrible fate bestowed on him, but many now were saying he could never be a shinobi.  Missing an eye and arm was something many considered things that would be something that would prevent him from becoming a shinobi.

His eye was replaced, but it wasnt his or that of his clans.  He would never be able to unlock his clan's powers within his one eye.  His arm was replaced by a mechanical puppet arm. This puppet arm was a benefit from the sand village alliance.   Surprisingly he got adept at using his puppet arm it became just as good as a normal arm.
It took him a while to graduate, many thought his injury would prevent him and he did take a while to graduate, but he mostly held himself back until he fully mastered his arm and the tools that are part of it.

Sharingan- Much like other uchiha clan members Bakuto has the abiltiy to one day unlock the sharingan.  But unlike most, he is unable to have it manifest in both eyes.  Only one of his current eyes can ever have the ability the other is incapable of ever having the sharingan awaken in it.  As it was a transplanted eye that wasnt from the uchiha clan.

Bakuto's skills, his possesses a very large amount of chakra.  It is also the amount of chakra that is born within a member of the uchiha clan.  His control however is much higher then average.  Due to is unique situation having to control his right arm with chakra he can use chakra and manipulate it pretty easily.  His skills as a shinobi, he is decent at Taijutsu and ninjutsu skills.  He is dreadful at anything genjutsu releated though.  Even remotely realizing he is in a genjutsu he is very dreadful at.  

Bakuto is very creative, he often uses tons of tools together to create interesting attacks.  Whether it be using razor wire or paper bombs he comes up with unique ways of using things. He also has a high understanding of basic first aid skills.

His other none shinobi skills he draws decently, other then that he doesnt have many other skills.

Chakra Puppet Strings- Bakuto can use chakra puppet strings, but mostly he uses them in his puppet arm which run inside the arm rather then the outside.

Puppet Arm Smoke Screen Cannon  - One of the spare arms of Bakuto have a smoke screen canister that allows it to shoot out a strong stream of smoke. Good for make a smoke screen./  There is a variant of this that uses flammable gas shooting out in a flammable gas smoke screen cannon, that can be ignited with a flame based attack.

Fire Release Jutsus
Fire Release- Great Fire Ball Technique-  The signature move of the uchiha,.   The technique creates a huge ball of fire by swelling the chakra up in the body then unleashing it from the mouth changing into a fire natured attack. With control it turns into a nearly perfect sphere like attack.

Puppet Arm Flame Lance- This is a jutsu using his fire release chakra and his puppet arm.  Using a opening in one of his arms, it uses flammable gas that gets ignited with Bakuto's charka and the shape twisted until it  turns into a last that comes from his hand.  The jutsu is limited to how much gas is left within the arm and how much chakra Bakuto has left. The more gas he has the less chakra he must use, but it expires quickly and switches when he has less gas making him use more chakra just to maintain with less gas. This can cut and burn its way through thin metal. It can both cut skin and burn wounds close, and sometimes both at the same time.

Standard shinobi Gear- Kunai, Shuriken, paper bombs, wire ect.

His right arm- His right arm is a puppet arm, that is fully mechanical.  He controls it  using chakra.  He can sort of feel it as if it was his orginal arm.  It has a twenty foot chain that hooks the hand to the wrist that can be deployed to extend his reach of his hand.  Sort of like a grappling hook.- His forearm can open up and store tools within.  They can be dispensed into his hand so he can throw things quickly when needed. 

Spare right arms- These go in his bag, but they are spare puppet arms should anything happen to his one he is using.  It takes him a bit to switch out, it can take as short as ten minutes or can go as long as thirty minutes to get the arm into place and working right again after switching.

Bakuto's fighting style is normally starts off with taijutsu and often adds in ninjutsu.  He has a great 'right' hook punch.  Often favors punching with his right arm, but that comes with a weakness of losing his arm all together.  His right arm that of a puppet and while it can take a bit of damage, he can over do it with just straight taijutsu fighting.

Often he tries to catch people off guard with using his extended reach to get an advantage in fights. But his reach is only good if his arm is intact still.  His ninjutsu is used in quick bursts, but he normally sticks with taijutsu or throwing ninja tools.
