At least with him sitting she could try and tend to his wounds and bandage them up. She couldn’t heal people with magic but there was something magically about knowing first aid when you were part of a team that was constantly in the heat of battle. Antoinette wouldn’t get the chance to help though. As Ed’s protection shields dropped, two monkeys came at Antoinette and tackled her to the ground. She tried to grab onto them but it wasn’t working so Antoinette covered her head and face to at least protect those. She didn’t have to struggle long with the monkeys though as Guin took care of all the remaining monkeys. Antoinette sat up after taking a few deep breaths and surveyed the damage. She was scrapped up, had a few cuts and several more bruises now but at least she was still mobile. Antoinette pushed herself to her feet and noticed that there were giant plants all about them now. She didn’t get much of a time to react as vines shot out and started to wrap people up. They moved so quickly and Antoinette was soon wrapped up, with her arms pinned. She wiggled and struggled to get at least an arm free but then all of her was free and then she was falling. Vaguely, Antoinette thought of a bird and then she hit something hard but found herself cradled. She looked at Pietro who had speeded over and caught her before she could hit the ground. ”Thank you Pietro. I’ve always admired birds and their flight but I have enough respect to know I will never be one,” she said. Once her feet touched the ground, she looked around for the next assault. Someone shouted out about the board being missing and Antoinette looked around the room. Her and Edus had to roll next. If they could find it in a timely fashion, these vines would disappear but what would be next and how much longer was this game going to be? ”I’ll start looking for it. Ed and I have to roll next anyways,” Antoinette said and started on her search through the shooting vines.
