Apologies for the late submission and hoping I'm not too late. It's been a busy past few day's and I was struggling to think up a concept I wanted to play (ended up recycling one from a dead RP).
Name: Felix – 040309 Appearance: Felix is a young boy of Chinese-Australian descent with straight black hair and brown eyes. His physical characteristics and build are all around average for his age, if marginally smaller than average, coming in at 140cm tall and weighing 36kg. Felix’s most noticeable trait is his incredibly long hair, spanning well over half his body height, and surprisingly healthy if a bit of a mess. Rather than being the product of a choice on Felix’s part, his hair is the result of his ability making it impossible to cut. As far as clothing goes, Felix doesn’t really understand or care about fashion and usually wears whatever’s available without question so long as it’s comfortable. Generally, this means that Felix ends up wearing very plain and simple clothing. Personality: Felix is very timid, the kind of kid that struggles to talk to others and prefers to keep to himself, preferably somewhere where no one will notice him. He finds it very hard to open up to people and tends to view anyone he doesn't know well as someone that might be dangerous. In the rare event where he does get to the point where he considers someone a friend he can trust he tends to anchor onto that person for support, becoming very reluctant to separate. Felix is also pretty smart, especially considering his age, he catches on to things quickly and has a nearly insatiable curiosity, one of the few things that can coax him out of his shell. Unfortunately, this intelligence also manifests itself as a nasty tendency to overthink things, often to the point of working himself into a panic over otherwise inconsequential things. Strangely, in spite of his overthinking Felix exhibits very little fear when it comes to the prospect of pain or injury, likely as a result of growing up with his ability. Thanks to growing up surrounded by superhumans, and his general lack of interactions with people in general, Felix has ended up with a very warped idea of what’s normal. He's of the impression that superhuman abilities are the norm, not the exception, having a very skewed view of what falls within the range of an ordinary person being able to do or survive. Abilities:

Degeneration (5 pts): Any part of Felix’s body that dies or is separated from his body, by natural processes or otherwise, will begin to decay with a half-life of about 3 seconds. As material degenerates, most of the matter is absorbed as energy to power Felix’s regenerative ability, though some is lost as heat. In cases where only a small amount degenerates the heat generated is negligible, however with larger quantities the heat can quickly become more severe. As Felix possesses no abnormal resistance to heat, it is possible for his degeneration to hurt him should he sustain enough damage in a short period of time.
Regeneration (25 pts): With the exception of some natural processes, whenever Felix is damaged in any way his body immediately begins to rapidly restore itself to a healthy, undamaged state. The energy and material needed to facilitate this regeneration is provided by Felix’s degeneration ability. As a side effect of his regeneration, Felix can endure a number of normally harmful conditions, like physical exhaustion or starvation, without any real consequence, though in most cases such conditions remain painful. Strangely enough, Felix’s finger and toenails seem to be unaffected by his regenerative abilities, healing like a normal person’s when damaged instead of regenerating.
Doctor: Dr. Grey
