[i]Happy holidays to all at the end of this great year of 2020! I'm hoping I can help alleviate some of the boredom and troubles over the year with an rp. So here we go:

The world was once prosperous with humanity travelling regularly from our rock into the stars. The colonization of space held great promise for our future, if war had not followed with us. Conflicts between the regular Earth nations and the colonies regularly broke out through out the centuries, each time changing the path but never for the better. At the heart of the conflict stood the mobile suits, bipedal machines built in our image and armed with nearly all weapons imaginable. Piloted by all sides in the wars, they sowed destruction across the Earth and above it.

Soon we forgot the eons between the wars, and the final great war ended in the destruction of most of the Earth's surface, millions dead, and billions of tons of scrap shielding the world. What was left of humanity was surviving the aftermath, scavenging for food, shelter and the most important resource of all, energy. The people on Earth were left cold while the remaining colonies above safeguarded the few resources they had from the surface. Shielding the world was a giant debris field filled with scrap metal, asteroids, and the remains of war machines. The once grand orbital ring now laying in tatters above the world, to the mightiest battleship, and to the smallest firearm, the debris field is filled with items everyone will need.

On Earth, the fastest growing human settlement has become an empire. Seeking to ever expand their territory and supplies, they have begun reconstructing rockets to travel back into the stars and acquire more for their industrial base. Blessed with scientists, they have once again achieved humanity's dream of travelling to the stars...

Space was not vacant however. The remaining four colonies circling Earth have banded together into a coalition for recovery. As the ones abandoned from their land, they grew their own society and have plundered the wreckage around the Earth to rebuild themselves. Nearing the chance to return, they discovered the humans below have ventured out once more. Like it always has been, conflict has begun once more. The debris field of the world is constantly scavenged and filled as the two sides escalate against the other...[/i]

[h2][color=B22222][b]The situation and players![/b][/color][/h2]

This is a world that has just recovered from the destruction of the past and countries can be properly defined by borders. On Earth, the greatest force is the Empire of Beloth which exists in what remains of Europe after vicious damage from colony drops have altered the borders slightly. The Empire has a policy of expansion and acquisition of resources to supply themselves. With a large population, the expansion of the borders has begun to slow as more machines and materials are needed to supply their military. Along with an abundance of food and people, the Empire has a plentiful amount of fuel which has been the lifeblood of their military. Using this supply and their relatively advanced industry they have begun using old spaceports and launch vehicles to travel upwards. Recently they have been meeting resistance by the remains of the colonies, also known as…

The Colony Coalition for Restoration, made up of 4 colony groups, are the descendents of the colonists in space who have worked together to survive. With minimal fuel supplies, travel between bases in space for the Coalition is generally done by large transports while a convoy performs regular trips to Jupiter for hydrogen. Alexandria, Cecilia, Vitus and Side 3 are the last surviving colony groups in orbit, after developing their own cultures and slowly recovering, have strived to return to the soil of Earth. They have deployed an advanced force to the debris field around the world to begin scavenging for supplies to not only travel back to the ground, but return from it.


Player’s characters can join either of the two factions, entering into the Empire’s military or the Coalition’s expeditionary forces. I personally will have 2 characters on each side to help direct things along for a total of 4 characters, but I’d like to have people have only 3 characters at most, although I don’t expect many to make multiple. The RP will start with rocket launches into orbit by the Empire to scavenge around for mobile suits, weapons and various gear based on a loot system. Occasionally the colonies might have a force nearby and a narrative style combat would take place. I would like the RP to not be heavy PVP but some players may end up in combat to which I hope everyone is with the understanding we are all writing to enjoy the story. 

[b]Characters will start with a choice of 3 mobile weapons from the listing across many Gundam series (MSG, MSGZ, MSV, ZZ, Unicorn, MSGW, AWGX, SEED, Destiny, 00, IBO, etc) wiith chances to find famous suits from these universes as the RP goes on. Trade between players and even NPCs will be available at times. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask and I will clarify to the best of my ability at this time!
