Backstory of Lou Fu Yeng Hong: 

Born in Malaysia before moving to Singapore, his father possessed a tiger mutation quirk as well as having a minor regeneration from his mother's side, Yeng Hong is a person who loves nothing more than dishing out justice to those who break the law or getting cocky over it. This attitude landed him in several arguments and fights at times though those were quickly settled due to his strength.

Despite the few altercations, he managed to get through the academics and got onto the heroic track due to both his upbringing of parents telling that he should use his power to help others like how his own father was a former military soldier and an active policeman in the Malaysian police force of Kuala Lumpur. The other being that he also loves finding, chasing, and capturing criminals down. Perhaps it was part of the quirk that he inherited but there was nothing more exciting than the thrill of the hunt. 

At the age of ten, his parents moved to Singapore due to his mother getting a better job offer there as a consultant for hero support equipment. His father is still stationed in Kuala Lumpur as a policeman but often drops to Singapore for a visit. It was a rougher life for Yeng Hong, since Singapore being calmer also meant there was less of a chance to chase down petty criminals and it was akin to being locked up. Any rough attitude of his or unauthorized use of his quirk was also a sure way to get things troublesome with the authorities.

Seeing that being a hero is basically a glamorous policeman with both extra pay, fame, and most of all, able to exercise his quirk to its fullest, there was nothing better he could ask for. So as much as he disliked the academics, he gritted his teeth, studied, and got decent enough marks. All that's left was passing the practical test which will allow him to go into the academy.

Claws from his fingers, enhanced sensory particularly smell, hearing and the capability to see in the night. His jaws and teeth are also much stronger that he can bite objects hard enough to hold or crush it in place. It also gave him a tail that he can used like a fifth limb. This comes with some cat instinct such as wanting to chase down preys, moving objects and at times, laser pointers. 

A more unusual inheritance from his mother's quirk, [b]spring chicken[/b], is known mainly because it gives the user a healthier body and able to keep it at peak health for a while. This has mixed with his father quirk, giving him a slight regeneration and able to heal himself much faster. [/indent]
