Yeah. Her power is limited though to the area of the circus and the people involved. The only reason she knew the hunters were coming was because the future of the circus changed, not because she saw their choice to come. 

Also she can't see what directly effects herself. So if someone's choice was to harm or kill her she couldn't 'see' that future.
