His sandy blonde hair and piercing blue eyes could be considered attractive, but he ruins it with his gloomy expression and bad posture. His favorite jacket features a blue and silver color scheme, with a golden star pattern. He often wears dark shirts and faded, loose-fit jeans with a plain leather belt and a pair of knock-off brand Timbs. He doesn't often look people in the eye and tends to either mumble too low to hear, or talk too fast to understand. BACKSTORY Curt was the kind of kid every parent wants their kid to be: Smart, well-behaved, never a troublemaker, never touching drugs or going out to party, and good with money. He was also so tight fisted it gave the impression of being selfish, socially inept and lonely with no experience making friends, a bit of a bore with no real ambitions, and some strange combination of perfectionist and procrastinator who couldn't handle failure. He breezed through school because all it required was memorization and mental regurgitation, and got a big head because his parents and teachers heaped praise on him. He dealt with bullying, romantic rejection, parental pressure and expectations that were too high for any child. He went to college on a full ride scholarship, then had to figure out what the hell a "work ethic" was and how to study while also dealing with exposure to a completely new side of life. The few friends he had didn't stick around, and without the ability to find new ones he slipped into a spiral of isolation and depression. He couldn't find a job, couldn't take care of himself, and finally flunked out and moved back home with little to show for all his education. Then he got sick. For a week straight he had a high fever, along with strange aches and pains all over his body. His dreams were full of strange things he couldn't quite remember upon waking, but it felt as if he were drifting in and out of different worlds. Nothing the doctor prescribed seemed to have any effect, and his parents were on the verge of hospitalizing him. The eighth morning, his eyes fluttered open as if nothing had ever been wrong. And when he saw that thing, he screamed. Things were forever changed for Curt after that day. It wasn't just the new abilities he awakened, or the brush with death that influenced him. He felt something else gnawing at him, something he couldn't identify or even talk about, as if it were on the tip of his tongue and refusing to be spat out. He realized, as if tearing a veil from his eyes, that he had not tried hard enough. It was time for a change. Time to try something so new, so groundbreaking, that it would shock him out of this sham of a life and let him start anew. Like...what? Curt still had no idea how to get back on his feet, but at least the will to keep living was a step in the right direction. He started applying for jobs left and right, though he still couldn't seem to find anything given the recent downturn in the economy--something the USA hadn't had a great deal of experience with, until its hold on "the napkin," as politicians like to phrase it, began to slip. He started trying to take better care of himself...and figure out this strange new power he had awakened. Eventually, he decided that with what was left of his savings, he would simply travel. All that time scrimping every penny of his allowance, and doing little odd jobs for friends or family here and there, had given him a fairly fat piggy bank. For the first time he broke his self-imposed taboo on fiscal irresponsibility, and while his parents weren't happy about it they could clearly see that their son had his heart set on seeking out a "life changing experience." He headed north, over the border into Canada, and then began to work his way east...

『 D E T R O I T S P I N N E R 』
"Rubberband Man" Detroit Spinner's ability allows its own body and select targets to take on the properties of a supernaturally enhanced rubber substance. When pushed, compressed, struck, or pulled, the rubber reacts by deforming appropriately, then snapping back to its original shape with incredible force and speed. The Stand itself is always in a rubberized state, and its user can also become so at will if the Stand ceases independent function. In order for other targets to be rubberized, they must be touched by the Stand and consciously willed by the user. Only one target at a time, including the user, can be rubberized. After being affected by this ability, the target will change back after 5 minutes have passed, after the Stand has moved more than 2 meters away, or after another target is chosen. If any one of these limits is reached while the object is in a compressed or stretched out state, it may suffer damage from the "snapback" depending on how durable its original form was. A human being whose arm is stretched, for instance, may suffer dislocations, torn muscles, or even amputation depending on how far the limb was pulled. After a target has been rubberized and returned to normal, with the exception of the Stand's user, it cannot be rubberized again for another 5 minutes. When attacking, it often shouts "GOMU GOMU GOMU!" Stats Power: C > A Under normal circumstances, Detroit Spinner's physical strength, lifting capacity, punches, etc. is only in the above-average/athletic range compared to a normal human being. However, if it has been stretched out or compressed, the force produced by releasing its elasticity is tremendous depending on the degree. A knockout punch that was pulled back a few feet and then released could smash through a brick wall. With that said, Detroit Spinner's high speed makes even amateur boxer's punches extremely dangerous in large numbers. Speed: A Detroit Spinner's reactions, explosiveness, and general movements are incredibly fast. Every action has a reaction, but its rubber body allows it to conserve momentum and quite literally bounce back. The Stand will take action on its own to protect Curt or those important to him, but this ability is limited to Curt's own senses. The Stand might react to something Curt is only subconsciously aware of, like movement in his peripheral vision or a subtle sound, but it is not an absolute or fully automatic defense. Nonetheless, at this speed the Stand could even intercept bullets under the right circumstances. Range: C > B Detroit Spinner's optimal operation range--the range at which it fights most effectively and has the most control over its rubber abilities--is 2 meters around Curt's body. However, from within this area, it can stretch its body or a rubberized object much much further. Its own limbs or body can stretch up to a little over 80 feet (25 meters) in total, with Curt's self-rubberized ability being about half that. The distance that other objects can stretch depends on their makeup before rubberization--generally, the more durable they were, the more stress can be put on them. Durability: C The Stand's rubber qualities do not allow it to bounce back attacks the way one might think. Blunt force is certainly far less effective, but most blades and piercing forces will still be highly damaging, especially if the rubberized object is under tension. The object does not gain the insulative properties commonly associated with rubber, if it did not already have them, so electricity and temperatures are still just as damaging as they were before. The Stand is more durable than a normal person of its build, but in many cases the objects it affects are just as easy to destroy as they would be normally. If a rubberized object is split in half, torn, or otherwise separated, the part that is closest to the Stand will remain rubberized and the other piece will immediately "snapback." Sometimes, this could be used to Curt's advantage... Precision: A Detroit Spinner's eyesight, accuracy, focus, and general precision are much, much greater than even the sharpest human's. In part due to its own speed, it can track incredibly fast moving objects and--if they won't cause it much harm--easily catch them or predict their path. Perhaps as a reflection of Curt's intelligence, it also shows the capability of rapid and precise calculation and pattern recognition. Curt is by no means a fighter, but Detroit Spinner becomes more of an expert the longer it fights a given opponent. Development Potential: A Many of the Stand's abilities discussed here are still unknown to Curt, and there are still many ways of applying these powers that he has yet to try or even understand. The Stand is also extremely young, and as Curt grows and develops himself as a person, it is very possible that the Stand could also change in some ways.

I like it, feel free to shift it across to the characters tab. This still depends on if the RP is going through, which I would like a minimum of four characters to do so.
