Name: Dimsum AKA "Yaksha" Species: (Ageless Due to A Dragon Wish) Human Age: Stopped counting past the third century. Appears to be 14. Gender: Male Appearance:

Personality: Yaksha, like the spirits he borrowed his nickname from, is dual natured. Usually behaving like a gentle refreshing breeze of goodwill and politeness, his soothing smile betrays a deep dark abyss of enduring despair that has been going for millenia. Indeed Yaksha is no stranger to malice and cruelty, and has lived for so long, he is all but a cynic deep down at this point, knowing that everywhere in existence, sentient beings are more than often mediocre or scum. Even so, his unnatural lifespan has granted him a god's wisdom, and deep beneath it, he still hopes and cherishes the small miracles that pepper creation. It is mayhaps the sole reason why he has not commited suicide yet, despite being unable to age. Bio: Once upon a time, where lands were ruled by tribal kings, wars were fought with spears and laws were engraved on stone, a certain prince was born out of the favored concubine at the time. Said prince was said to embody the beauty of the kingdom, and even his own mother became enthralled with it. As the prince grew, the mother whispered into the King's ears for him to scourge the land and find a method to preserve beauty. Kingdoms were plundered. Wars were waged. And after years of bloodshed, the legend of the dragonballs came forth. Mystical peerless artifacts that could grant any wish. They were used, and the foolish concubine wished for eternal youth upon her 14-year old son, a decision she would come to regret. For the kingdom was spent, and soon fell to the combined forces of all the other kingdoms and factions the King and his concubine had opposed. In the ensuing chaos, Dimsum managed to escape, only to find the folly of it all. What was the use of being a eternally cute teenager, in this dog-eat-dog world? His heart darkened, and turned to obscure arts. He became a recluse, a mystic of magic known as the Yaksha. No less than two centuries passed in his studies, when a question gnawed at his mind. What were the dragon balls? Where did they come from? Eventually, he found a clue in the Korin Tower, and also a major roadblock. A magician could simply not compete with the martial arts of the guardian of the tower, and thus had to retrain himself from the ground up to an acceptable level. Still, thanks to the selfish wish once formulated by his mother, he had no worries about playing it slow and steady, and eventually he managed to gain a good foundation that allowed him to progress to the next level. There, he met Kami, the creator of the dragonballs, that said in no uncertain terms that the wish he had been subject upon could not be undone, and therefore, that he had to live his life without ever growing up. However, as a small consolation, he took the fledgling Yaksha as his aide, and trained him further into the mysteries of life, existence, and martial arts. Yaksha thus became a gopher of the guardian of Earth, and therefore did his bidding to save the earth from the destruction and suffering caused by Demon King Piccolo and other mortals. However, eventually, their gazes turned outside to the encroachment of the Emperor of the Universe, Freeza, and his minions, who had discovered that Earth harbored dragon balls. Kami ordered Yaksha to round up a group of peerless warriors to train like they had never before, and even allowed Yaksha to make use of the Other World's training facilities under King Kai. All stops were pulled, and even Piccolo was reunited with Kami to face the new threat. They even recruited the android genius Dr Gero. The war was short and brutal, but at the end of the day, a narrow victory was achieved as Freeza was driven off, at the cost of losing Kami, Piccolo, the dragon balls, and everyone but Yaksha, alongside with two thirds of the population of the planet. Yet, life went on, even in this grim world, and Yaksha found himself with the prospect of trying to find a new Kami. It would not last long, as in a few years, another threat loomed. Freeza had returned. But alongside him... the wizard known as Babidi, who eventually revived the monster known as Majin Buu. The situation was dire. With no allies left, Yaksha tried a last stand against the forces that would destroy the planet... ...only to be pulled out of his timeline by the Supreme Kai of Time. This made Yaksha somewhat dejected, but he knew better than to antagonize a Supreme Kai. Techniques:

Magic: Dimsum was originally a mystic, and while a lot of knowledge is now rusty, he can still pull some magical stuff.

Magic Materialization: Can create his own clothes out of nowhere. Fancy
Mystic Healing: Better than a Senzu bean. It does require time, and he has to lay his hands on the target, leaving him wide open.
Shapeshifting: Can alter his appearance, but this doesn't change his power.

Expert Ki Sensing: Having been trained by Kami, Yaksha can sense ki exceptionally well, and can to a degree identify the hostility in targets much like namekians (although his version is still less refined than that of slug people). His area sensing is particularly wide.
Vajra: Vajra is a massive ki blast technique that can be executed in two ways. One handed it behaves like a homing lance with heavy firepower, two handed sacrifices homing abilities for sheer raw power and can be considered a finishing technique on its own, with decent piercing capabilities.
Kamuy (Kaioken): A technique Yaksha devised by himself, before finding out King Kai had his own version in stock. Yaksha's version does make use of his fine ki sensing and control and allows a slightly better yield.
Kai Kai: Learned this technique for his cooperation in dealing with Majin Buu and his relation to Kami and the Supreme Kais. Can teleport without the restrictions of Instant Transmission through different worlds.
Flight: His can be ki or magic flavored. Magic flavored is slower, but it can be useful if he's drained of ki.
Transformations: Other Info: Looks pretty in a dress. Yaksha is extremely xenophobic towards the races that served under Freeza.
