Just for fun, I think I'll cut Saiyans out of Ovaan's universe entirely. No Saiyans, no Planet Vegeta, and most importantly - no Super Saiyans. I feel like doing that adds that much more weight and stakes to his guerilla war against the Freeza Force since, you know, no Super Saiyan ex Machina's to threaten Freeza with.
