There is nothing more important to a world than the little people. Yllis sees and considers the different cultures of Galbar as pretty much the only thing capable of evolving and becoming something greater than anticipated. To reach that level of self-sustainability and creativity however, she recognizes that most civilizations need a push in the right direction every once in a while… And she dedicates herself to making sure everyone receives their own customized push. This usually takes the form of introducing some form of chaos into the culture in order to stimulate growth and the birthing of exceptional characters. The chaos can range from inane things like teaching people how to cure a certain disease that has plagued them for generations, all the way to great changes like nurturing revolutions and creating external threats in order to unify empires.

[b]Portfolio of Unrest[/b]
Unrest, as in the active destabilization of civilizations, is Yllis’ go-to tool of choice when attempting to force growth upon civilizations. She uses it generously, not worrying about the worst case scenarios that her usage of it may bring. To her, a complete failure on the part of the civilization she’s “blessed” with her efforts only means they weren’t ready nor worthy of climbing the staircase of progress.

She has fun sowing the seeds of discord in civilizations to see how they react. She enjoys guiding an army down the wrong path to face sheer hopelessness and low morale, to see whether they will bend or break. She loves to pirate student textbooks to see the education industry to see whether the education industry collapses or becomes honest. And most of all… She absolutely adores stealing candy from babies.

[b]Caretaker of Flohear, the Sanctuary of Legends[/b]
Flohear serves as Yllis’ home, as well as a kind of sprawling museum containing chronicles on the notable feats from both mortals and heroes that have given Yllis explicit permission to record their actions. The chronicles are recorded in a strange mix of illustrations and text written in a language understandable by all. Contrary to what one might expect from a Goddess, Yllis actually manually draws and writes everything herself. Some of the works in her Sanctuary of Legends are rumored to not even be factually correct… And yes, maybe even completely fictional in nature.

[b]Persona:[/b]
Temperamental, impulsive, gullible and naive yet somehow still able to be stoic when in the presence of strangers. She is quick to drop the stoic act once she gets annoyed enough at people, and this is when she lets go of every single filter she has and puts her foot in her mouth… After she’s done with her outbursts however, she will resume the stoic act and pretend she said nothing offensive or inappropriate.

She is almost always doing something and is only able to relax in the company of close friends with whom she will not hesitate to act like her real self (who is actually lazy, uncouth, and a hopeless romantic). When alone, she will pursue her hobbies or act through her Avatar in order to uphold her duties as a Matriarch of Civilization.

Pale as a ghost. She likes to put on thick black eyeliner on and occasionally some facepaint in order to hide the great dark circles under her eyes. She usually wears dark clothing or armor with the armor being donned mostly for formal situations only, with the exception being a meeting with a mortal. She also has a long, snow-white, fluffy tail that often betrays her true emotions.[/hider]

[b]Domain Form: [/b]
A swarm of doves and one pigeon. If she remains in this form for long enough, more pigeons start to appear until there’s an even split of doves and pigeons.
