	Kaylee grew up a shy girl. She had always been the quiet one at home and at school. It took her a few years in the restaurant and in university for her to finally come out of her shell. A shell she tends to crawl back into from time to time. She's the type of person one could vent to and not feel judged. She very much would rather listen than to be the one talking. Ever since she was small it has been like that. Kaylee doesn't like confrontation and tends to keep things bottled up until they burst one. Although, ever since she met her wife, her emotions have been more out there in the open.

[INDENT][sub]	 Born in Mexico City, Kaylee's family migrated to Toronto, Canada when she was thirteen years old. Her family, Mayra and her father Angel and her younger brother Nico, lived in a small two bedroom apartment just a few blocks away from Chinatown and the Gallery of Ontario. 
	Kaylee's parents opened up a small restaurant in the center of Harbor Village. The little restaurant was a major success, thanks to Kaylee's amateur marketing skills and her killer baked goods. While she enjoyed working in the restaurant, she was determined to go to university.
	She was able to graduate a year early from high school and attend The University of Toronto. She graduated with a Masters in Computer Science and a minor in arts. 
	Kaylee came out to her parents a year after graduation. They took it hard, and although they have since accepted her, their relationship has been strained.
