By the way, for sake of convenience what's everyone time zone here? My box is currently orbiting around Europe so that's as close to GMT as makes no difference for any americans.

Also I am utterly unfamiliar with this city so I will be going off what I can find on the wiki.

Also just how ruined is this city right now? The OP made it out to sound as if it was heavily destroyed.
