[@Bell] For the rolls yes, the grunt units are a nice set of general purpose suits for consideration(edit: if you do not like your roll result). Unless the roll is extremely bad(rare but happened once) for the start I won't reroll it. It's an [url=https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empire]empire[/url] in the sense of a collective of states that have banded under a single ruler, this being of the Beloth line I will detail in the emperor's profile. The majority of multiple settlement nations are kingdoms while Beloth was been able to expand to the size of an empire. Empires have to constantly expand and acquire more people and resources to support itself as well so for the theming it was fitting. They are not bad or villainous in the connotation empires usually get, and not overly religious but there is a heavy sense of unity to them compared to the colonies where they are comfortable with same colony people but dislike other colonists. Overall theme for the Empire was from Rome actually, which constantly expanded its territory while integrating cultures into itself. Also props for a PS2 nod but enjoy the Wh40k memes more.
