[*][i]Background:[/i] Third Emperor of the Empire and son of the second Emperor Tristan Beloth, Markis is enamored with competing with his family legacy of expanding the Empire. While he has high expectations and demands, he keeps an ear open for his advisors and generals to prevent any mistakes from impeding his goals. The mobile suit passed through this family was last used in the first expansion campaign, and since been stored away while awaiting repairs.

[*][i]Background:[/i] While most presume the Emperor to be the head of Capital City, the role was moved to an advisor position after the stirrings of an uprising were spoken of inside the city and the Emperor could not return to quell them. This position which has existed since the first expansion now falls to Valeria Sturm, unusually in that she has not served within the military like many advisors’ lines have.

[*][i]Background:[/i] Recruited from the populace around Port Algec, she was recently moved over into the BSF from the eastern front. She’s skilled in melee combat both in and out of the cockpit. While her unit is designed for a commander she is not trained to lead others.

[*][i]Background:[/i] Deryk Orgs is one of the oldest soldiers in the BSF and a well trained veteran in his Nobusshi. He’s usually in charge of all units while on mission until recently. His grey hair is the only sign showing his age. While scientists have confirmed he is a newtype he is weak in his abilities, and with his age the army has decided merely to continue his service.

He is responsible for categorizing and understanding any new technology and machines brought down from the debris field or from the ground. He also is responsible for handing out and accepting the tickets used in the BSF.

[*][i]Background:[/i] The oldest member of the council, Theodore is also the most eager to leave his small cylinder and travel between the Colonies’ holdings. He was also the first Governor to step foot on the Moon base, and pushed for Port-1’s formation. While Marie would be called the leader of the Colonies, Theodore would be described as the guide of the colonies for drafting the way to the formation of the Colony Expeditionary Forces and expansion. Now he wishes to return to Earth, and is fervently proposing missions to drop troops to the planet despite concerns of returning.

[*][i]Background:[/i] Joining the Cecilia Expeditionary Forces as soon as he was eligible, Alexias is the most infamous commander of the small military. He has led the most mobile suit sorties, landed on the Moon first in a mobile suit and EVA suit, while also being known for abandoning numerous allies when they have been damaged or simply ran out of fuel during missions. What keeps him in his position are his experience and his accomplishments, as Theodore Demele can not lose such an accomplished leader if they are to return to Earth.

[*][i]Background:[/i] A soldier from Side 3 who’s patriotic yet overzealous. He’s usually placing his mobile suit in danger or proceeding away from his squad more often than any other soldier. Despite this his loyalty and commitment have earned him his ranking.

[*][i]Background:[/i] A soldier coming from the Alexandria colony, Fanel has proven himself well as a marksman in combat, leading to his assignment on a Zaku Half Cannon over what was a normal Zaku I.

[*][i]Background:[/i] A short member of the CEF, Fanel comes from Side 3 and is a successor of the Coordinator experiments. While shorter than most, her skills and intellect allow her to fight on par with other pilots in mobile suit combat with her Minelayer.

[*][i]Background:[/i] A girl who was always interested in engineering and mobile weapons, she joined the engineering division of Side 3 to help with repairs and come closer to the machines she loved. Her near perfect memory made the task easy and she was quickly known as the most intelligent when it came to deciphering new mobile weapon mechanics and technology. She’s been stationed on Port-1 for 5 years. She also handles the ticketing system for the spacenoids.
