He looks at the world with an inquizative eye as his curious mind ponders ideas to achieve his goals. His father was a member of the Suna council, so he was raised in a very nationalist home and was taught ettiqete so as not to embarrass his father. there are few moments when his inner enthusiasm for an idea slips out for the world to see, only his wife and children have been witness to the little inventor that is waiting to be set free.[/color][/indent][/indent][/indent]

[indent][indent][indent][color=#C6D5AE]For most of Runaku's life all he has ever been seen as is his father's son, and he has had to constently live under that shadow, excellence is the only thing that has been exspected of him his whole life. If not for the support of his mother and siblings it probably would have drove him crazy, after all he was a twin, so his brother has some of the same pressure thrust onto him aswell. But when Runaku showed the ability to use Magnet relase but his brother didnt, it was clear who became their father's favorite his objections to "live up to the excellence of the Tuanno clan!" became clear when he felt his brother was being treated unfairly, but his brother let him know that he didnt need to fight for him anymore, he was fine with him getting all the attention, now he had more time to whatever he wanted. Runaku was envyous of his brother, but with his support he learned to try and accept his own fate and thrive in it. 

Runaku did very well in the academy and on missions with his team, which seemed unfairly chosen as his teammates were Kakogan Suto and Hiroku Kazeyuurei, the three of them were clearly very talented and skilled in different ways and combined they made a very powerful team that made a lot of waves in reputation and literal waves of earth, wind, and fiery explosions. their Jounin selected them for the chuunin exams within their first year as a team because of how well they were doing. 

At the Chuunin exams Runaku met a leaf village nin by the name of Toru Sarutobi, he was struck by her beauty, but seeing as how they came from different villages he tried to hide his immediate infatuation remembering that there are eyes still on him even being so far away from his home village his reputation still followed him wherever he went that and his loud-mouthed Suto clan teammate couldn't help himself but spill any and all information he saught relevant at the time. Toru and Runaku managed somehow during the exams to become friends unaware that each other wanted to be more than so. 

But as fates would have it during the Shinobi war they would meet again, years had passed since they saw each other as Chuunin, now they were both Jounin with respective squadrons sent on a mission to broker peace and partnership between their villages, she being of Sarutobi clan and him being Tuanno their respective leaders saught it fitting that they are the ones to represent Sunagakure and Konohagakure. The discussion for partnership between villages was easy, it was realizing their true feelings for each other and how they were going to manage to be together was the hard part. but thankfully because of the alliance made now between their respective homes, they were able to work together long enough to try and figure that out as well. 

Toru and Runaku's squads working together in the war represented the strength of this alliance between their villages, showing the opposing forces of Iwa, Kumo, and the mist that with their strengths combined this war can no longer be viable for them. 

Runaku showed great strength, tact, and promise on the battlefield, winning two stalemates on the battlefield using his Magnet release jutsu field of 1000 graves, where he uses all of his natures in sequence, using earth to open up six-foot holes in the ground, and wind and magnetism suck them into their own graves. the enemy would either abandon all their equipment into the earth and retreat if they could break free from the suction or be buried alive and crushed. 

During the war, the Third Kazekage was assassinated and much to his surprise a faction within Suna picked him to be the next Kazekage, as the position is rumored to be cursed a successor is chosen before the Kazekage's death. Runaku's father was retired from his council position being as his son is how Kazekage, it would be unfair if decisions were swayed due to nepotism. And with that decision Runaku realized something, he was free, his father no longer had any position over him anymore, him being Kage means that he is now in control of his own choices. and his first action as Kazekage was to arrange a marriage between the villages. 

Toru and Runaku's mairrage solidified the partnership between Konoha and Suna after the war and has proven to be muetually beneficial for both villages. since then Runaku has been trying to invent new ways of improving everyday life between both villages and allow Suna to shine in prosper like it has never seen before.[/color][/indent][/indent][/indent]

Earth release sand dance: After performing the Ram hand seal, Runaku lays his hands onto the sand, making it move like a wave. Due to the change of the landscape, it can be used to defuse traps or barriers which are installed on it. 

Earth release Tunneling technique: this Jutsu allows Runaku to create tunnels through the ground for infiltration or transportation. 

Earth release Earth flow wave: first using the hand seals Rat-snake-tiger Runaku creates and rides a wave of the earth that can branch off to attack from a distance. he can also use it to skilfully manipulate the terrain around them and their opponent. 

Earth release Earth flow spears: with a Bird hand sign, Runaku condenses mud or stone from the ground and shape it into spikes that protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density. 

Earth release Earth flow river: Using the tiger hand seal Runaku transforms the surface underneath their opponent into a muddy river that sweeps them off their feet and carries them downstream. 
Earth release Earth corridor: using the snake hand seal Runaku causes the surrounding earth to rise up over a target, creating a cavern. he can either leave an opening to allow attacks to enter through, or close it up completely to prevent escape. 


Earth release Earth flow divide: performing Rabbit, Boar, Rat, Horse, Tiger, and Snake By flowing concentrated chakra from Runaku's palms into the Dragon Veins flowing underground, he can tear the earth apart, creating large chasms. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm. Runaku uses this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defenses.

Wind release Vacuum sword: Runaku swings his sword and a gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at him 

Wind release Gale palm: using seals Snake, Ram, Boar, Horse, and Bird Runaku either increases his velocity or by his clasping hands together, the wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale, which has enough force to knock over a person. When used in conjunction with shuriken or kunai, the tools become more lethal as their speed is increased. 

Wind release Divine wind: with a ram hand seal Runaku releases a gust of wind that forms several small tornadoes. 

Wind release Devine mountain wind: similar to divine wind, adding Tiger and Snake to Ram. Runaku creates a vortex of wind to blast at a target.

Magnet release Iron sand weaponry: Using Iron Sand, Runaku can create weapons charged with magnetism, such as spikes, spears, and swords, that can be used offensively against the opponent.

Magnet release Iron sand wave: Runaku launches a wave of Iron Sand to descend upon his target. He can also use this technique to bind a target and crush them. 

Magnet release Iron sand marking: Runaku tags his opponent with a special marking, ensuring that all Iron Sand-based attacks are magnetically drawn to his target. 

Magnet release conserving bee twin blades: Runaku is able to magnetize anything they touch, and then subsequently anything that touches something they have already magnetized, and so on. However, the magnetic force weakens from object to object. Once a person has been magnetized, the user can manipulate the magnetic field in such a manner as to make any subsequent attack using a metallic weapon impossible to evade. 

Magnet release Iron sand clone: a standard clone subversion Jutsu but when struck hardens around the enemy's limb or weapon 

Magnet release Iron sand gathering assault: Runaku gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. creating giant steel-like weapons that have the density and weight to crush whatever be in their path 

Magnet release Iron sand drizzle: activated by a Ram hand sign, Runaku uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment he has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent. 

Magnet release Feild of 1000 graves: Runaku uses all of his natures in sequence, using earth to open up six-foot holes in the ground, and wind and magnetism suck them into their own graves. the enemy would either abandon all their equipment into the earth and retreat if they could break free from the suction or be buried alive and crushed.

Magnet release Kentori: Runaku can manipulate the iron sand inside his sword allowing it to fly around the battlefield, hardening the sand on the inside allowing it to become almost as sturdy as a real solid steel blade but if abused too much the wood containing it would shatter and break, To which then it would reveal an iron sand replica of his odachi with a sharp edge making it a lethal weapon. Runaku usually doesn't use this technique with his training odachi unless he is training or teaching. 

Magnet release Mure kentori: Useing the bird hand seal Runaku creates weapons out of his iron sand and sends out magnetic feilds on up to 100 seperate weapons,  allowing him to attack with many weapons individually as if they were his own, aswell as surround himself for defensive perpouses. but the more weapons he uses the more draining this technique becomes.[/color][/hider]
