And I guess this is Future Trunks with a Saiyan-Hate-Boner.
Name: Panathion of Konats Supreme Kai Rama's Chosen champion. Species: Konatsian. Age: 600, give or take. Appearance: Panathion's standing at a trembling 6'1, well toned build, his features are inherently dark and echoes the look of a grizzled and veteran warrior. Hiding the softness that's within him behind steely yellow eyes and a nasty battle scar. His lack of pointed ears is a rare genetical defect among the Konatsians and is within their culture seen as a sign that you are not fit to serve in the priesthood, instead meant to be a regular soldier, so his non-sharp ears is a feature he's always been very aware off and something he tends to hide when he can, most often with a hood. He tons functional clothes, he's long since surpassed the need for armor or any of such, so now he usually just dons a black short-sleeved shirt under the robes he was given by the Supreme Kai Rama, the robes themselves are a lot more functional and warrior-oriented than those in other universes, as Panathion's Supreme Kais have had to do a lot more combat than most Gods Of Creation. He wears ceremonial earrings that are symbolic for the slave-warriors of Konats and he dons the metal circlet that's worn by the greatest warrior of Konats. Personality: Panathion is a man who grew up in the lowest caste in a very hierarchical society. One who was treated like trash since he was born, but it didn't foster bitterness in him, no, rather it fostered discipline and self-acceptance. He understood his role in life and he was one to live it out. And for him, that meant getting into fights with his fists - not with a ocarina and a magical sword. It meant getting into the grime of it all, in close and take the fight to the ground. That was true for the first half-century of his life, but with the destruction of his homeworld and his destiny becoming clear to him - or at least so he thought - Panathion had to find new worth in being a traveler, and later, a hero. In that, he shouldered new responsibility, his roles changed constantly over the years, he was a gladiator, a rebel, a leader and then a king. And that all ended when he became the chosen one. When the God Rama came to the world he was sitting on and dubbed the at the time dirt-poor, washed-up disgraced general his chosen champion to defeat the inter-galactic threat their world was facing. Panathion has spent his entire life having one constant enemy, and everything else has been a side-conflict to the main one. Given the strength and passion for combat his opponents exhibited, Panathion had no choice but to adapt the same love for combat. He's a kind and warm man who believes in the good of everyone, yet someone who's conditioned himself for violence and protecting the things he cares about with fighting. He's developed pride, something that deeply shames him as it's the distinctive feature of his life's enemy. Bio: Panathion is born on Konats, that much is known. He was born into the infantry sector, as destined by his very appearance. He wasn't one blessed by the gods of the planet. He was one born without favor and he'd never get to set his foot in the most holy of temples - The Hirudegarn Temple. That was a role that suited him just fine, he grew up on the streets and soon became enlisted into the army, keeping the cities safe from the monsters and bandits that roamed their planet. He fought the random traveler from space and lost more fights than he won, but he just couldn't seem to die, instead he earned new scars. Life on Konats was good, till Panathion turned 54, when the planet had their first encounter with the Wanderer. A man, like any other, they thought. He was a warrior, looked a lot like them just rougher and less refined. He moved more like an animal and could barely speak, all he was after was food and fighting and he fought till the opponent was dead. Panathion and his six members of his unit fought the Wanderer. Four of them were slain by his raw fury before Panathion managed to defeat him in a desperate move - grabbing his tail. The Wanderer was left in the jail for months. And life was once again good for Panathion. Till the night of the great moon - the Hirudegarn celebration. When the great monster blotted out the sky and destroyed the capital. The monsters rampage couldn't be stopped, even by the high-priest. People would call the monster The Oozaru, and confirm rumors of it traveling from world to world, wreaking destruction and bringing havoc. From the rubbles of the temple, Panathion, the last surviving warrior of the Konats rose. The monsters rampage had been stopped and left remained only The Wanderer. Howling and celebrating his destruction. Panathion surprised him, killing him instantly with all of his might and fury. What Panathion found when he buried the ones he cared about, and who's bodies he could find was that the Oozaru had damaged the planets core and Konats was doomed. He left his home, carrying only the crown of the grand-priest. Keeping it safe till he could find a Konatsian somewhere in the universe who was worthy of becoming the new high priest and king of Konats. And maybe there was a force out there in the universe that could save his doomed world and restore life to it. This was his first encounter with the race known as the Saiyans, and it was the early days of the their conquest. There were murmors in Panathions corners of the universe about stuff like "The Frost Demon Empire" and "The terror of the super-Namekians", he even heard of a 'Bush of Strength" but that last one certainly sounded made up. Yet, over his life, none of them would match up to the tangible, and horrifying threat of the Saiyans. A race of vile creatures who thrived on death and destruction, who didn't want resources or money, no, all they wanted was a good fight. A truly sickening thought, violence for the sake of violence. Panathion fought them on numerous times, as their reach of the universe got bigger and bigger, and on his third century, Panathion killed one who spoke of a prophecy of the Super Saiyan who would be more powerful than all. Panathion, the King of Kax at the time, couldn't let that happen and he made it his life's mission to take down the Super Saiyan before he had a chance to destroy the universe. He found the Super Saiyan, on a place called 'I-arth' and after a hard battle that cost him his elite force of soldiers, his surrogate children, he had defeated the Ultimate Saiyan. Thinking his mission completed, he returned home. To find the Kax-empire in ruins. At the hands of a squad of golden haired saiyans. They were everywhere now. A super saiyan bargain sale. And hope would seem lost, Panathion joined every fight he could against them, and he killed more than he could count, but it just wasn't gonna be enough. As everytime a Saiyan fought, they grew exponentially in strength. A feat he just couldn't keep up with. He used magic, good and foul to increase his strength, he learnt from every breed of warrior that would teach him and yet - none could stand up against the might of the saiyans. That is, till the black-robed man appeared and reached out his hand to Panathion. He became Ramas apprentice, Rama was a Supreme Kai, a god. The race of ancestors that had birthed that Konatsians eons ago. And he made Panathion his sole apprentice. To make him the greatest warrior in the universe and the only hope to stop the Saiyan Onslaught. Two hundred years of training, and it would become apparent that it wasn't enough. The Saiyans had unlocked yet another power and it was far beyond anything Panathion, even with Rama's help could muster. They had managed to create a Super Saiyan with red hair and power that surpassed the Gods. Techniques: DeGard's Wrath: A punch and knee-combination that culminates in Panathion throwing the opponent into the air and blasting them with a full-body ki wave. Burst Wave: firing three blasts from his hands, they circle him and then combine in front of his hands, turning into a massive kiwave he shoots through them. The Hero's Call: Mimicing the magic of the Ocarina of his home with the magic he was taught by Rama, he creates a near-impenetrable barrier. Divine-Blade: Taught by Rama and incredibly useful for cutting off Saiyan Tails. He coats his arm in ki that serves as a cutting weapon. Teleportation: Taught by the Supreme Kai, he is able to teleport just about anywhere he can sense. Though, it requires a great deal of focusing and not something he can do on a whim or in combat. Brave Slasher: He focuses his ki into his fingertips and slices in the air, releasing ki-blade crescents that explodes on impact. Zealot's Sin: His ultimate move and his last resort, he creates a massive kiball he generates above his hand, he throws it at the opponent and uses it for cover as he flies behind his opponent to stab them with the divine blade. The kiball stops before colliding with Panathion and his opponent, instead allowing Panathion to draw his hand out of the target and throw them into the sun-like ball above them, detonating it. Transformations: Potential Unleashed: Rama's unleashed Panathion's potential, as it was the only way he was able to keep up with the Saiyans increasing strength. The Kai's magic has strengthened him greatly and made him more powerful than any other Konatsian has ever been. Other Info: After he finished his training with Rama, Rama talked him into wearing the circlet from his homeworld and he's technically now the High Priest and king of Konats. Yeah, king of two dead planets. Big whoop. It's worth noting that his saiyans are probably very different from everyone else's, I envision him as being on-par with Cell Games Goku. But it's dragon ball and if the story requires it, I'll have him take-a-knee to someone who's as strong as Qui.
