Dragon Ball Super does have some good stuff, but most of the actual arcs are tired retreads. No spoilers, please. :) I am still holding off hope against hope that I'll eventually get to watching the lot. Also the hobbit movies are a sin against the original work and I hate them. As much as the LOTR movies were good those abominations were not. They literally cut out all the funny parts from the book. 

Now, can we get back to you telling me about your death? ;) ;)
