Blacksmith? How were they even considered swordsmen when they specifically wielded hammers in their description? None of this really made sense to Lew, but it felt as if the class was put there for a reason. Perhaps this class was his true calling? It was only sensible, after all, as his Nuclei was already a pseudo weapon crafter. It would also be a way for Lew to contribute to his allies in a much more tangible matter, and it could even open a more direct approach to modifying his Nuclei. Maybe he could even forge in the middle of battle through his Nuclei, creating the right weapon for the current situation. This was perfect, as Lew knew just the blacksmith to- ... Right. Lew just remembered why he couldn't get a new sword. Maybe if Lew bought her more sake, or even found a slab of rare ore for her to use, she'd consider training him? Ehhh, fixing NPC relations was too much for Lew to think about. He'll probably consider some of the other classes for now, but go into smithing only if he was able to fix his relationship with the Oni Smith at some point... or if he could find someone else to train him. Nah, Oni Smith sounds like a more interesting trainer. Regardless, the other classes seemed interesting as well. Exorcist was always an option given his place at the Shin-Yu Temple, and Sohei also looked like a direction he could go to if he wished to impress the ranks of the priesthood. Aside from that, all it really required was to max out the Monk class, which also sounded easy. It's not like it would require a dramatic shift in his playstyle or anything anyway, right? As far as the quests were concerned, Lew had decided to grab both, but had a particular interest in the delivery quest. Well, "interest" is not the right word. After dealing with the kappa for so long, not knowing just how far his physical limits can be stretched (in more than one ways, sadly), Lew almost dreaded facing them off once more. What drew Lew to the quest was that it was something Lew could most easily guide Ari through. As painful as it was dealing with the Kappa, Lew was far more familiar with their moveset out of everyone else in the party at this point. Countless hours of solo grinding them meant that he would be able to know most, if not all of their tricks, which meant that he would be able to protect Ari from facing her second death. And speak of the devil, Ari was zipping around the place like she just snorted a line of coke. It seemed she needed help with something as well. Lew visibly strained as he took a glimpse at Ari's health bar, however, seeing as it is still pretty abysmal. He didn't judge, for now, but it's likely he'll need to actually try and be a tank at this point, which will be annoying for him to deal with. "... Alright, what do you need help with? If you die again, I'm not helping you a third time." Lew groaned, annoyed that his role had dramatically shifted from "tank" to "babysitter" once more.
