Levan has only since continued to climb in his horrific actions. A cruel and most likely psychopathic individual, a pyromaniac and above all extremely volatile. Anyone handling this individual should be wary as he is known to target Trainer's with his Pokemon and roast them and their Pokemon alive. Within the Arcane Council, Levan acts as the organization's warchief. His deep hatred of law enforcement and his naturally aggressive tendencies make him an excellent to the Arcane Council. The Council itself is not conformed to the foci typing or to what they may wear, only that their uniform is still a robe of some sort. The group seeks to destabilize the League to create a power vacuum that they may then inhabit. The group is lead by the Archmage who oversee a massive quantity of disciples, these disciples believe the Archmage will lead them into a democratic era where the League no longer holds so much power over Pokemon and forces trainers into academies that indoctrinate the youth before they even get a chance to think freely. Technically an international terrorist organization of radical extremists, the Arcane Council fancies itself as a group of intellectual freedom fighters battling on behalf of not just the people but Pokemon as well.
