Hi, I'm stepping in to answer this question because [@LovelyComplex] is busy with work stuff herself. :)

I think we have a few sets of sibling characters, and we're not sure we want to overrun on any particular tropes, so I'm gonna have to say to ice that idea for now. That being said, you should be able to make two characters if you like. Just not siblings at this time :)
