[@KillamriX88] [@King Kindred] [@NacNak] [@Double] [@King Kindred] [@AtomicNut] What was speed? This is a question you all thought you knew the answer too up until this point. And yet what followed was a stark demonstration of just how much you all were wrong. Having moved through the city by her two new companions Mia had so far given little apparent indication of her abilities. But now, seeing the rampage being done by this... thing she felt compelled to act. And in a flash she was gone. Mia didn't care that the world was on fire. She didn't care that about the rubble or the soot in the air. She did not care that this battle was in all reality none of her concern. Indeed, she didn't even particularly care about the fact that her opponents power outstripped hers or that her new, if fashionably challenged companion completely failed to make a dent. If anything, the later inspired some respect for the girl who so selflessly threw her self into the heat of battle. Well, alright. She did care about those things at least a bit. But above them all there was at this moment in time one overriding factor. For you see, Mia was pissed. By the time even your well trained eyes adjusted to the fact that she was in fact not still standing where you left her Mia was already gone. In her place a shimmering afterimage formed by your still adjusting brains. And whilst no doubt you realized the reality of it far sooner than any normal mortal would in that span of time she had already crossed the distance between her and the pink skinned thing in doing so appearing seemingly out of nowhere right behind her in prime position to strike. Only she didn't strike. Fighting was fun. Fighting was enjoyable. Fighting was a sport. This, this wasn't fighting. This was about a rampaging thing going after children that needed to be taught a lesson. So instead of trying to swipe at the creature, instead of trying to strike or kick or blast her away Mia reached out for hopefully an underarm grab all the while shouting at the top of her lungs in what can only be described as righteous indignation: "Have you no shame? The sacred Kayoken technique is to be used to protect people! Not to attack defenseless little girls!"
