His omniscience was corrupt, and would be until further notice. However, he could feel this woman. He was going to travel through near time and appear before her. He did it sometimes even only to discipline women he could see.

One woman ended up killing herself. Another one ended up with an Oscar. Others did this and that. He was trying to find a wife. It was proven not to be an exact science. Now onto this strong, beautiful woman
 The name Emma come to mind and while he continued feeling her he travelled through time.
