He used his abstraction to draw the water out of his clothes and phone (unlikely to work anyway), pulling his coat close around him. He was very thankful for his ability to make his clothes good and dry again even if he had to ignore the parched feeling in his throat. He ended up in the front of the cab, which was fine. It was easy enough to make small talk with the cab driver even if he seemed much more interested in ignoring all of them and ramping up the radio. Which suited just fine for Oscar outside of making it hard to hear what his siblings were saying in the back.
"Anyway, back to the matter. Where would someone like Morgana and her friends go in town? From what little we know, Morgana's boorish and immature, stands to reason her friends aren't much better. Theoretically, Morgana's got a memorable enough name, look and attitude that if we go somewhere communal like a corner store we've got a half decent shot at finding a lead."
Oscar twisted in his seat so he could look at the two in the back, frowning. “Well, I remember Justin said something about there being a cult in the woods. So it seems that they use that for whatever weird things they’re doing. But forests are large and I think it would be best to try and narrow them down. But there’s only so much of the city that is next to woods, so that narrows it down for finding a corner store to ask at. Which I think is a good idea, she’s certainly memorable. They may have… powers, but they’ll still need to eat. We just need to decide where to check.”
