Heya, Zanavy here. I think this was implied but not specifically stated: Please submit your character idea in the Characters tab and then wait for a GM to approve it before you participate in IC. (You're probably super fine, but I don't want anyone abusing a hole in the system. Logistics.)

Also, pending Vampiretwilight's approval, I would be willing to help play minor NPC's needed to get anyone's personal plot rolling.
