Here's some developments. Mostly history, maybe.
Name: Tidius Reinor Age: 29 Magic: Magical devices The Doctor has been researching a means by which he, one without magical potential, can use magic. He uses lacrima as fuel for Holder-luke devices that he's made himself, copying magics from guild mates and captured mages to make them. Magic Level: - History: Dr. Tidius Reinor was ejected from his academic environment due to his obsession with magic, especially during a time magic has been so feared. His constant pursuit of magic power inspired fear in his colleagues, leading to his exile. This only fueled his desires, and he found himself in the Electrician's Guild, working alongside mages. He had found a magic that might suit his needs, so he stayed close to it, waiting, using his position in the Electrician's Guild to his advantage. It was years before Al-Gin requested a ship from Maximilian, and Tidius saw his chance. He had men infiltrate the guild in the years the ship was under construction, and sent in more men when the ship was completed, disguised as crewmen. He set everything to go down with a personal visit to congratulate them on such an impressive ship. He focused his plans around taking control of the ship once it was complete, seizing the magic for study, and holding the ship for long enough to achieve his goals. Personality: The Doctor is quite manipulative. He is very obsessed with obtaining magic for himself, whatever the means. He seems to be genuinely concerned for those in his charge, but is now concerned with his own ends, and is not above using his own people to reach his goals. Guild name, mark location: Nightshade's Serum, forearm Team Members: -

Added Green Earth Magic and Requip: The Chef, and added history and guild mark/location Name: Regan Hadou Age: 38 Birthday: 6/7 Magic: Shockwave Magic Regan can emit shockwaves from anywhere on her body at will. She can use these in an offensive or defensive capacity, or for utility. In terms of utility, she can launch herself using the rebound of the shockwave. Additionally, she can focus the shockwave through her sword and achieve a razor's edge. My Sword - Regan can focus the shockwaves of her magic into a blade, should she be without one. It's a little deadly for her tastes, though… Yawarakai-Te Masamune - Masamune's Tender Hands An ancient blade passed down through her family. The blade looks as though you're gazing into an unobscured starry night sky. Should a person with ill intent or war in their heart touch the sword, it will burn them in rejection. The sword will not actually harm the living, passing right through them as though nothing happened. It does, however, inflict pain as normal. Perhaps even more so, since the body is left intact. There are exceptions, but the last instance of the sword inflicting deadly harm was extreme and ancient. Tomato Feast Signature Magic Requip - The Chef Chef's Pantry - The user is able to pull anything from Tomato Feast's walk-in pantry with fridge and freezer sections, provided they know where it is. They had better put it back properly, too. Regan hates it when the pantry is unorganized. You better stock it back up, too! Skilled users like Regan or Al-Gin can enter the pantry, though this is usually only ever done to organize it. Chef's Cupboard - Same deal as Chef's Pantry, but with pots and pans. Don't mess 'em up, or Al-Gin will get mad. Chef's Drawer - All manner of storing spoons silverware, ladles, etc. There are no knives stored. That's a hazard. And your knives are your knives. Every wizard taught this magic by Al-Gin gets their own knife set to keep with them, that serve as a key to get in. Green Earth Magic Regan can, as she walks or meditates, send her magic power through her feet, into the earth around her, and encourage the energies of life to flow. Fertility in the soil will rise, and water tables might begin to fill over time. It does not cause things to grow, but makes it possible for things to grow. Simply walking through a region will not bring great change, however. If she invests a month of time in a small farm, they and their neighbors might see better crops if the rains are the same as the previous year. Time spent in the city is less productive in terms of crops, but people attempting to grow plants on their own in the city will be unusually successful with any soil they already had. Plants will also be more prone to growing in the street, which she understands to be a pest. Magic Level: S History: Raised by her mother to be a warrior, Regan has taken the way of the sword to heart. As her mother had taught her, a warrior must be strong and righteous. The duty of the strong is to protect the weak from exploitation and injustice, to make the world a place where all can live. That is why strength exists. She left her mother's training with her blessing, taking the family sword at her side. The blade would spare her the harshest part of a warrior's life, but with a skilled enough hand, affording that protection would not stop the sword from bringing peace and justice. Regan left her home just as the industrial war was ending. Loose ends left ear criminals wanted, and Regan found herself her challenge; to bring in these criminals, alive, to answer for their crimes. It was during one such hunt that she found herself tracking down a certain battle chef, and instead of another bounty, she found a good man, tired of war. A friend. Al-Gin Garama Daroon and Regan Hadou started Tomato Feast, with Al-Gin as the guild master and Regan as their enforcer, a title she rarely needed. Years pass peacefully, and one day, Regan was sent on a bogus S-Rank quest submitted by the Electrician's Guild, to the mainland as a means of getting her out of the way for someone else's nefarious scheme. One wild goose chase later, she caught on to the fact the quest was not genuine. Understandably angry, she has vowed to end whatever plot needed her absence. Personality: A serious woman with a strong sense of justice, she has a serious soft spot for women. While his cooking can, yes, heal the body of ailment with the proper nutrition, he can also imbue meals or, more portably, snacks with magics that will create various effects. A spicy riceball or curry could turn into fire breath, for example. Furthermore, there's no body horror side effect to the healing of Al-Gin's food. You don't eject teeth to get rid of a- well, maybe for cavities. Most tissues will be healed and not replaced via body horror sequence, however. That's a different anime. Fire Magic Learned mostly as a means of cooking without the need for fuel, Al-Gin also recognized the value of having a more impromptu defense measure available to him. If he were ever caught without an attack food on his person, he would be able to fall back on fire magic. Every wizard taught this magic by Al-Gin gets their own knife set to keep with them, that serve as a key to get in. Magic Level: S - Guild Master Personality: Al-gin is obsessed with food, so it is no wonder his magic revolves around it. He loves to cook and share his cooking, and views running a restaurant as a means to do that, not to make money. He understands that a restaurant is a business, but doesn't see the point in doing much more than making just a slight profit. History Al-Gin grew up with a poor family, in a desert city. As such, cooking meals was very important to their daily life. When their parents could not provide enough money to purchase the food they'd need, Al-Gin would go out and forage for ingredients, bringing them back and cooking the meal, instead of letting his tired parents do the work. This was the beginning of his long career as a chef. One day, while he was gathering, he ran into another chef doing the same. They went for the same herb, and that got them to talking, and then got the old man to teaching. Not just cooking, but a magic to go with it. Al-Gin was delighted at the things he heard he'd be able to do for his family, and he asked what he should cook for his exhausted parents. A simple dish of rice and meat would be able to restore their stamina, but they could not afford meat. The elder chef kindly gave him 3 kilos of meat to take home with him, telling him to chase the desire of cooking for others. So he did, with great enthusiasm. He loved to cook and loved to eat, but even more, he loved for others to eat his cooking. He loved to hear their praise, loved to see their expressions when they were stuffed full, and loved to take criticism to improve his cooking. To him, cooking is life. Al-Gin was conscripted by the Steam Corp for his burgeoning fire magic, as well as his incredible cooking. With his cooking behind their men, surely, they could fight twice as hard. It didn't take long before Al-Gin was pressured into being more aggressive with his cooking. To attack, instead of just cook for the recovering. This led to his being pushed to the front lines, where he fought, but after the fight, he was caught caring and feeding any wounded he came across. Before anything could happen, Al-Gin belched out a great cloud of smoke and disappeared. After the war, he was hunted as a deserter, which is how he met Regan, and founded Tomato Feast with her. With her knowledge of the Electrician side of things, he sought out Maximilian Stratos to further his goal of cooking for the world over with an airship. He'd need to take his restaurant many places, and to do so, he figured that this man who put a stage in the air would certainly be able to help him. Imagine his dismay when his underlings had their own plans. Secretly, he supports Maximillian during his capture, waiting for the right time to free him and rid himself of the vile betrayers in his guild, and bring back his precious Tomato Feast. He can even manipulate them, though he usually has to touch his power source. As such, kinetic sources pose a problem. Once he has it, he can then unleash it in a blast. Most commonly, he uses his make as a fuel for this magic. Magic Level: S Guild: Retired History: Maximilian is a great and proud shipwright in the country of Minstrel, designing specialty airships to order. Once, though, he was an engineer for the Electrician's Guild during the war. He worked on the trains and the rail system, keeping his focus on things to keep their men safe, even if the trains were shot apart. He was against the shrinking of railguns, arguing that making them smaller would change their intended target. However, they shrunk and the war ended. It was agreed, then, that no more infantry railguns be produced, and the plans were destroyed. Maximilian was insistent. From then on, he found himself on maintenance deployments. He met his wife while walking through a busy town square on a tour of cities and villages, assessing damages to infrastructure and planning repairs and updates as part of the Electrician's Guild. Her beautiful song and dance would inspire his premier design, a ship with a large, robust stage and projection equipment built-in, with performances like hers in mind. It was this specialty design that inspired Al-Gin to requisition a ship for his guild and his restaurant. An immense restaurant complex in the sky, with a stage for performances and a dock for ferries and supply ships. There would be guild quarters and crew quarters, and even some few very expensive hotel rooms. Someone else who had caught wind of Maximillian's powerful yet flexible magic, and set a foul plan into motion, to take over the guild and make off with the powerful magic, magus in tow or not. Maximilian has been captive since, serving as a blueprint for copying Energy Make.
