In the face of countless cameras and journalists prepared to deliver truth to the press, United States President, Donald J. Trump stepped out confidently to the podium on the stage. He was ready to address the citizens of the country.

"Good evening. I, President Donald J. Trump would like to address the American people tonight on a very new development concerning the empowered people in our country. As many of you know, many of these empowered pose a danger to our fellow citizens. Our children. Our brothers. Our sisters. Many of them possess very dangerous abilities that threaten our national security, but I come to you with what may be the first step towards a solution."

"We have [b]successfully[/b] developed a system to test individuals for abilities... And we will begin federally mandating the testing of every single American citizen, effective immediately. This is in hopes that we can get a handle on the empowered and prevent massacres like the school in Florida." He began to loosen up a bit now. He could now riff and truly be passionate with what he was about to say next

"Very tragic thing that happened in Florida. Very tragic. And you know that if the democrats in the house. Nancy Pelosi and her democrats- if they hadn't blocked the registration bill, none of this would have happened. All of these crimes and death would have all been avoided. All of it. They say there are good ones, but I don't see any. Where are they? The only thing I hear is about how someone used their abilities to do harm."

"If there are good ones out there, they need to join our government and help stop these other freaks and monsters. Otherwise, they might as well be accomplices. That's just me. Every American has the duty to do right, so I don't see why that wouldn't apply... powers or not. Now I will not be taking any questions at this time. I'm very very busy. My Press Secretary, she can answer all of your questions." He gave a quick nod before exiting the stage. A barrage of questions being asked as he departed.
